我們是提前預訂的，普通雙床房。到達酒店的時候有點晚，前台在原有的基礎上給我們調了一個寬敞的豪華雙人間。前台接待服務熱情。特別好的一次住宿體驗。

Perkhidmatan hotel adalah semua hotel Holiday Inn standard. Tiada kejutan dan tiada perangkap. Walau bagaimanapun, agak tidak boleh diterima bahawa hotel lapangan terbang tidak menyediakan perkhidmatan jemput dan hantar, kerana jaraknya 16 kilometer dari lapangan terbang.

I want to tell special thank you for my late night flight pick up service. Driver was very patient to catch us on the airport terminal. And also they need to communicate English speaking person by phone or by email. Other services was excellent.

The service was good. I was just disappointed because I had to leave early and couldn’t eat breakfast. I hope in the future, they can serve breakfast a bit earlier or give different type of breakfast for guest that needs to leave early.

Once checked in I went to my room & found the door open and no Hilton seal for covid cleanliness. I went back down to reception where other guests pushed in front of me and were served first with out any acknowledgement. Once I was spoken to I was told there was no other room. I proceeded to explain that this was not acceptable and another colleague came over to allocate a different room. This room was sealed correctly, extremely comfortable with a great shower and Peter Roth products, all of which were welcomed after a 10 day quarantine. Unfortunately room service was not available when we arrived which was rather disappointing.

Far from the city center and 1,5 Km from the metro. But there are many shopping malls nearby. If you are looking for a place to stay near the airport, is the best option for value and comfort.
