This hotel is absolutely amazing! We were able to store our luggage a few hours early, which was super convenient coming straight from the high-speed rail station. The room itself was huge, easily accommodating four people. My friend and I had so much space we could practically roll around in it! It was very spacious and comfortable, with two tables, and the hygiene was excellent, with complete and high-quality facilities. They didn't rush us to check out even though we woke up late, which was incredibly thoughtful and human-centered 🥹. Most importantly, it was only a little over 200 yuan a night, and it's so convenient to get everywhere. The value for money is absolutely fantastic (^_^)v! Even my friend, who studied in Beijing for four years, couldn't stop raving about this place!

I booked a deluxe queen room, advertised as 15-18 square meters, and specifically requested a room away from the elevator and non-smoking. Upon check-in, I was given a room right next to the elevator and hallway, where I could intermittently hear a humming sound from some kind of motor. I'd estimate the room was only about 10 square meters. There was only one bedside table, and just enough space at the foot of the bed for a swivel chair, which I couldn't even move around. There was a small alcove for hanging clothes right by the entrance, next to the washroom alcove. The sink was so narrow that a quick swipe of my finger covered its width. Then there was the combined toilet and shower room. The most baffling part was the maze-like hallways. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor, while guest rooms are on the 2nd and 4th. You can't get to the restaurant by taking the stairs down from the hallway next to my 4th-floor room; once you exit the fire escape door, you can't get back in. You have to go all the way down to the lobby and take a different elevator up. The hallways are laid out in a ' 回' (hui) shape, a bit like a labyrinth, with some rooms even along the corridors. It's so confusing; you step out of the elevator and don't know where to go, and you step out of your room and don't know where to go. As for the restaurant, there was a wide variety of dishes, both Chinese and Western, but the food was cold once you scooped it out. The heat retention was really poor.

I booked this hotel last minute because I missed my train. It's perfectly located right across from Beijing West Railway Station's north entrance, so you can get to your platform in just 5 minutes – super convenient! The lobby is really cozy with lots of seating areas. The service was absolutely amazing! The front desk ladies were not only beautiful but also very smart and incredibly helpful, meticulously solving any issues. They even had tea, coffee, hair ties, gloves, and combs available at the front desk. A truly excellent experience!
