Staff were not very helpful. We checked out at 6am and the staff member at the front desk was fast asleep. We had to wake her up to checkout and she wasn't happy. Hotel is close to some great Turkish restaurants.

This hotel is in a perfect location and prime area, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place onto stay while travelling in Beijing. The hotel front reception staff are friendly, welcoming, warm, polite and accommodating. The hotel restaurant and breakfast options are varied, diverse, delicious, nutritious and flavoursome. The environment and facilities are all clean, spacious, bright, well kept and fully functioning. The laundry room is of top quality, equipped with four commercial capacity washing machines and four commercial capacity dryers. The gym is fully functional and perfectly equipped. The room next to the conference room, the entire lobby area, the full ground floor reception area and all guest toilets on the first and second floors are perfectly cared for, bright, polished, attractive and filled with beautiful and uplifting music soundtracks. The reception area on the ground floor even offers their guests and travellers complementary and refreshing cups of herbal tea while they are waiting. The housekeeper on the floor I stayed on was so kind, warm, friendly and delightful in her manner and her cleaning and room arranging and organisation. The rooms have gorgeous views, are fully stocked and equipped with facilities and traveller supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash, hair dryer, hand towels, facial towels, bath towels, bath mats, hair dryers, indoor slippers, clothing hangers, a fridge, a bronze tea kettle, coffee filter paper, coffee making equipment, tea bags, sugar, coffee, soft drinks and bottles of water. A beautiful place with such friendly, helpful and kind staff. I strongly believe it is absolutely and sincerely worth every penny of your money to stay here 🤍🤍 Thank you so much for all of your kindness, welcoming warmth, help, care and attentiveness. I truly had such a memorable, special and enjoyable one week staying at your stunning hotel, and I have already recommended this hotel to all of my friends and colleagues who are in or are coming to Beijing.

The hotel was wonderful; we stayed there for one night during a flight layover. Everything was spotless, the rooms were luxurious, and the view from the window was magnificent—we were given a room on a high floor as requested. The breakfast was varied, substantial, and delicious, well-suited to European tastes. We even received some great gifts upon check-out.

Very well located hotel, next to the BeijingXi station, very well connected to the Dangxi airport and the rest of the city. We stayed for one night only, but it was perfect for our trip. The staff were very kind to upgrade our room as we arrived earlier than planned and our room was not ready yet. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast with plenty of local options is a great way to start your day. Very recommended.

Ia adalah pengalaman daftar masuk yang hebat. The rooms on the 7th floor is absolutely amazing. The amenities are absolutely perfect. Service is friendly and they treat you with royalty.

Excellent location, directly opposite Hopson One Mall (our favourite mall in Beijing haha). Bonus that metro is less than a minute away too. All staff members we crossed paths with were very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady who cleaned our room (sadly I didn’t get her name) and Fang Ting in reception. Will stay again.
