We were given a room with cigarette smell and got changed instantly. Shower room and toilet are separated and spacious. Clean and comfortable beds, friendly staff and efficient service. MTR and bus stops are nearby and it was easy to get a taxi too. Will stay again next time.

I really enjoyed my stay. The amenities were excellent (fresh slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc provided every day), and the towels, sheets, and robes were very clean to use. The location is great - it's only a four to five minute walk to the nearest subway station. I was visiting my friend who goes to Peking University and she could bike from PKU to my hotel in about ten minutes. The only thing is that I found that sometimes there was a slight smoking smell coming from the bathrooms but I found that if I turned the fan on and left the bathroom doors closed it wasn't an issue at all. The shower is also great - a giant rain shower, and the water is the perfect temperature. 

I was on a business trip some time ago and stayed at Qiuguo Hotel. The experience was perfect. As soon as you step into the hotel, the warm and pleasant atmosphere instantly dispels your travel fatigue. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, checked in quickly, and recommended nearby delicacies. The room is exquisitely decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the quality is reflected in every detail, and the smart devices are a plus, making them easy to operate. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are of high quality. The breakfast has rich variety and reasonable nutritional combination. The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. This time I stayed at Qiuguo Hotel and had a comfortable experience that far exceeded my expectations. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

When I was worried, I wondered if the hotel could take care of him. The front desk guy Beixun agreed immediately, which was like ”timely rain”. I was still a little nervous when I handed the child to the hotel staff. But seeing that the staff was enthusiastic and professional, they immediately came over to greet the child and asked about the child's preferences, which instantly brought them closer to the child and dispelled my concerns. During the custody period, the hotel staff learned that the child liked to watch sports channels, so they found a TV and used their mobile phones to cast the screen for the baby to watch. In addition, the hotel also arranged children's books, small toys, and paintings. The baby had a lot of fun. The baby used colorful brushes to depict a wonderful world, and also thoughtfully prepared fruits for the baby. The child was very happy. What surprised me the most was that the staff carefully recorded every wonderful moment of the child with photos and sent them to me in time, so that I could feel the child's happiness remotely and handle things outside with peace of mind. When I finished my work and returned to the hotel, the child excitedly pulled me and talked about his happy experience here, with happiness and satisfaction in his eyes. Always wanted to experience Aman Beijing, finally booked a one night stay. Upon arrival, Jason at the front desk was very helpful and patient in explaining various items and was pleasantly surprised to hear my room had been upgraded. The property and the room are just like the photos but actually physically being there and seeing all the details of the architecture, courtyards, and surrounding nature and birds is like being transported back in time to another era. In this sense, Aman Beijing accomplishes what no other modern five-star luxury hotel can come close to achieving - making one feel a certain emotion or feeling that they've never felt, or perhaps only experienced in their dreams. Everything from the furniture to the layout to the art to the lighting is so tastefully executed and done, the courtyards and grounds are kept immaculate (saw people sweeping away leaves), they even have the older style bicycles available to ride there. Ate at the Chinese restaurant twice, the environment and lighting is so nice, their dumplings are excellent and also really enjoyed some of their soups and vegetable offerings, very delicious. Unfortunately, I was quite sick that day and also had injured my knee the day before. One of the staff at the front desk noticed my limp and asked if I was okay. I told her I was fine, just a little sprain. She went to the back and brought out a traditional Chinese 'Ban Lan Gen' pain relief spray can which she kindly gave to me, saying I could use it and take it with me, very touched. I think it is moments like these which one will remember many years later. All the staff I met there were very kind, during lunch was fortunate enough to meet Ivy, the F&B Manager who was very warm and hospitable. Then during dinner, after I saw down, a restaurant staff asked if I would like an ice pack for my leg, I asked her if she thought it would help and she replied, ”Yes.” They proceeded to bring out a huge ice pack that was able to wrap around my entire knee, providing instant relief. Finally, when it was time to leave, the very lovely and kind Lucy asked if I would like more ice packs to be sent to my room so I could ice my knee before retiring for the night. Even though I was not feeling well, it was an unforgettable experience due in large part to the kind and wonderful staff there.

The room is not big. It is on the second floor of an office building. There are other hotels on the same floor above. Overall, it is worth the price.

Very satisfied, the service is very good, the front desk is very enthusiastic. The room was upgraded for less than 400. The breakfast is also good, simple but basically everything. It is more than 300 and is very close to Tsinghua University and Peking University, making it more convenient to go to school.
