Far exceeded my expectations! This hotel is truly my trusted first choice for every trip. This isn't my first time staying here, and whether it's for my own business trips or booking for friends visiting locally, it's always my go-to. What consistently impresses me most is the incredibly attentive service from the front desk. Every time I check in, the staff are warm, thoughtful, and their friendly smiles instantly make my friends, even those traveling from afar, feel right at home. They not only proactively introduce nearby facilities but also kindly assist with arranging transportation, which is a huge help for getting around. This level of dedication is truly rare! The hotel's environment and location are also perfect. It's conveniently located with excellent access to transportation, making it extremely easy for both business travel and leisure. Stepping into the room, you're immediately greeted by a clean and tidy atmosphere. The bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness details are impeccable, allowing for a truly peaceful and relaxing stay. I feel completely at ease entrusting my friends' travel plans to a hotel with such excellent service, environment, and location. I highly recommend it to everyone and look forward to my next visit!

I chose this hotel in Wangjing for my business trip after browsing a few options. The service was excellent; when I first checked in, I felt the bathroom curtain was too thin and lacked privacy. But when I returned after dinner, I found it had been completely reinforced, which made me feel so secure, haha. I brought my own sleeping bag, so the cleaning staff didn't touch anything on the bed. They even left a note asking me to call room service if I needed anything, which was very thoughtful, and their handwriting was quite nice, haha. The only thing I have to complain about is the room's soundproofing; I could hear everything from the hallway as if someone was talking right next to me. It was even more of a nightmare when there were kids on the same floor who liked to yell loudly in the corridor.

The room is very clean and the hotel is very new! I have been staying in their group hotels all over the country. One reason is that the hotel is newly opened nearby, clean and has good service! The other reason is that their hotel locations are basically located in convenient locations. This one in Beijing is very user-friendly. Recently, I opened a business nearby. I chose the cheapest reservation. The front desk called me that day to explain the situation. I told them that it was okay because I arrived in the early morning. It was the cheapest room type I voluntarily chose and it had nothing to do with the hotel. The front desk agreed to me humanely that there were other vacant rooms and they could help me upgrade for free. The room pictures are for free upgrades! Moreover, during my stay, the service at the hotel front desk made me feel warm! From the front desk receptionist's smiling service, patiently and meticulously explaining the check-in process, to the quick and efficient handling of the procedures, every detail showed a high level of professionalism. In the subsequent check-in process, there were problems that were actively communicated and solved. They always responded enthusiastically, using thoughtful suggestions and timely actions to solve the problems, making me feel as if I were at home. Such high-quality service must give a big thumbs up to the staff at the hotel front desk! I strongly recommend this hotel! This group of hotels in other provinces also have the same service attitude, which is really good! Like 👍

The hotel is located at an intersection. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted proactively. The room was well-equipped, and I was upgraded to a Hampton Suite. I particularly liked the swivel TV, which allowed me to watch from either the bed or the sofa. The front desk staff, particularly Ms. JR, provided enthusiastic service. She helped resolve various issues during my stay and genuinely cared for each guest's feelings and needs. She was always responsive to requests, making for a perfect experience!

From the moment I stepped into the Maxx by Joy City Hotel, I was captivated by its stylish and well-designed ambiance. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, making the check-in process quick and efficient. They even proactively offered recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room itself was more spacious and comfortable than I expected, with clean and soft bedding that ensured a fantastic night's sleep. I especially loved the smart room control system and the 'Xiaodu' smart speaker – being able to control the lights and curtains just by speaking was incredibly convenient! I also have to commend the hotel's breakfast; everything was delicious, especially the local specialty, Old Beijing Zhajiangmian – definitely give it a try! Upon check-out, they even gave me a thoughtful bottle of warm mineral water and some Daoxiangcun pastries, which were a lovely touch. The attention to detail was exceptional! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing!

This hotel in the north has a pretty good environment, with a garden, green pathways, and outdoor seating. The front desk staff and restaurant employees are very enthusiastic, always smiling and greeting you (except for the lady at the front desk on the afternoon of the 8th who was expressionless when speaking). Now, for an issue! After checking out, I received a text message from the hotel asking for a five-star review, even sending a template. This is really bad! Many hotel customer service teams call to inquire about the stay experience and then invite guests to leave a review. This approach by your hotel's relevant department is crude and simplistic! I hope the management company and hotel management can address and improve their methods promptly!

I was in Beijing for business in Guomao and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton, and it was excellent! The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Sihuidong Station, which offers direct subway access to the core area of Guomao. I met a client in the evening, and it was only two subway stops to China Central Place. My commute efficiency was maximized. I felt completely at ease regarding hygiene; the lighting was soft and not harsh, the bed linens were clean, and the bathroom was spotless, dry, and odor-free. The attention to detail was exceptional; they even provided a disposable toilet seat cover as I requested. The service was genuinely thoughtful; the front desk staff were quick to check me in and out, directed me to the elevator, and reminded me to use my key card to go upstairs. The elevator was fast and stable. The hardware was in good condition, not worn out. The mattress was very comfortable, and the windows had excellent soundproofing; my room faced north, so it was incredibly quiet at night. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and it wasn't crowded. Plus, the gym and laundry room are open 24 hours. It perfectly met my business travel standards.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station nearby and free parking. The staff are all warm, polite, thoughtful, and meticulous. The facilities are complete, and my elderly parents and family really enjoyed both the soft and hard services here. We'd love to come back for another staycation! 😍

Everything in the hotel was brand new, from the furniture to the linens. The gym and laundry room were also excellent, and the lobby had an open design with very friendly staff. Our child slept in, and the breakfast restaurant even allowed us to take some food upstairs, which was much more flexible than many other hotels. The breakfast was 88 yuan and had everything you could ask for. Our family room even came with a balcony. If I had to point out any issues, there were three minor ones: First, the lobby entrance wasn't very obvious, and we often walked past it. Second, the showerhead had a strange mist mode; if you didn't use it, the water pressure was very low. I'm not sure what the designer was thinking, perhaps trying to save water for gardening? Third, while the shower and toilet areas had glass doors, they were transparent. If they were frosted or made opaque, three people could use the bathroom simultaneously – one showering, one at the toilet, and one at the sink – which would significantly increase its usability. However, these are really very minor issues.
