Penginapan Hampton by Hilton di Beijing

We stayed in the hotel with my family during our winters vacation in December 2025. I had my kids with me and they were very friendly, courteous and accomodative to our needs. I specifically recommend Ayden for his great gesture by upgrading our room fee of charges. Since our arrival in China we had issues with non-halal food and they had a good variety of continental items for breakfast. I will recommend the property to my friends and families if they are planning future trips to China. Thank you and keep the great job... 👍

The hotel was in the middle of a busy neighbourhood and my first thought was ”Is this it?”. I was a little disappointed but then I went inside and I fell in love. The staff were friendly and helpful, the lobby area was clean and well-lit. The room was fantastic: it was clean, welcoming and relaxing; there was a fridge/cooler along with the usual amenities. The location turned out to be good for me as it was close to a subway station so moving around was convenient. An added perk was the shuttle to Universal Studios which droppped us off in the morning and returned us to the hotel that night. The breakfast was varied with a selection of both Western and Chinese options. I really appreciated the gym which was small but had a variety of equipment and the laundry facilities which made it possible for me to wash my clothes before I left, rather than having to return home with a suitcase of dirty clothes. All in all, this was an excellent stay for me and I will definitely stay there again when I return to Beijing.

The hotel location is very convenient with five-ten minutes walking distance to Subway Line 1 Sihuidong station. There is a few restaurants around. There is very obvious wear and tear at this hotel given that it is always fully booked

The hotel is situated just in front of the metro. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. We received a welcome fruit basket and they are quick to meet your request. The manager , Ms Anglea, is especially helpful to assist in our needs, as this is the first time we travelled to ChangPing. Thank you. The hotel is very clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay of three adults. We will choose this hotel again if we come back here.

The hotel is very family-friendly, making a genuine effort to ensure the safety and comfort of children and toddlers. For instance, the room features rounded table edges instead of sharp ones, and they provide thoughtful amenities like kids’ sandals and toothbrushes. The staff even gives out toys, and there are people in Panda costumes walking around the restaurant to greet the kids and take pictures, which means a lot to them! We were also grateful for the upgrade from a queen-size bed to a king-size bed, as it provided us with more space to sleep comfortably with two toddlers. Kids eat breakfast for free, and the food was excellent! The dumplings were a highlight, along with a variety of options including bacon, different egg dishes, baozi, porridge, egg tarts, cakes, bread, rice, and salads. If you're planning a trip to Universal Studios Singapore, the hotel offers a shuttle bus in the morning at 8 and 9 AM, with a return service at 10:30 PM. A special shout-out to some amazing staff at the Hampton Hotel: receptionist Linda (琳琳), and restaurant staff members 高双梅 and 陈德孝, along with all the other team members who took such great care of our family during our stay. We truly appreciate their kindness and hope to see you all again on our next visit!

The hotel itself was okay, but the location is inconvenient, especially if you’re coming from the city center. It’s far from the subway, so getting there with luggage was already difficult. What really disappointed me was the service when I arrived exhausted from traveling. Two staff members essentially ignored me—one was on the phone, while the other walked away to help a customer who arrived after me. They later gave me a box of fruit, apparently to smooth things over, which I appreciated, but then left me struggling with my luggage, water, and the fruit without even showing me where the elevator was or offering any assistance. I had to carry everything myself and somehow use the elevator card with my hands full. Overall, it was a stressful arrival and the service could have been much more attentive.

I booked one night hotel here,all the services and quality is good, friendly staff and helpful assistant. But the next room guest smoking in the room and they opened the door ,I have clearly understood the room is non smoking,seems the management is not strictly prohibited. The smell has spread to my room and I am super sensitive with the cigarette smell,I have feedback to the reception and they bring me the air purifier machine,this is very warm services and help me up. Hopefully in future the management could control this situation because every time when the guest check in, you could remind them if you smoke in the door, we will charge the cleaning fees.

The hotel lobby is big, the front desk service with a smile is very good, full of hospitality, very comfortable, I would like to stay again next time. Check out and help me to store my luggage, very good, satisfied! Tammy good!👍🏻

Everything was great, no complaints. The rooms were really nice and clean. And I looked forward to the breakfast every morning. It made life so much easier and there was a wide variety of choices. The staff was very friendly, especially the cleaning lady (so sweet and gave me extra water all the time because I was doing so much walking.)  I highly recommend it for a reasonable budgeted hotel for the value you get.
