Ulasan Shuangjing Classic Warm House

Hotel was very clean. Was in a good location where it was near a lot of bus lines and some grocery stores. Excellent view from the city in where I was at. Washer was very good in how it washes the clothing well. Clothesline is in an excellent area in her house near the kitchen where it dries the clothes very quick in like 2 days! The owner can be a little shady at times as well as her workers that works for her. I really didn't like how she moved me back and forth to her other house on the 2nd and 3rd days of my stay back to the first house on the first day, under the story that I was a special guests. More like she is trying to get maximum usage of the room that I was in where she was able to move me to her dingy house which wasn't being occupied by anyone at the moment. It was very disruptive where I couldn't go out sighseeing very well on those days. Thank god this was done to me when I was already on the last week of my trip where I didn't need to travel to anymore famous attraction in Beijing and was ready to leave. I really hated the way that I was feeling like I was being rushed by her younger 2nd worker with the bleached brown hair to hurry up and pack to move to the other house. I felt really irritated by him at times! Her other worker was friendly and ok. I really wanted to do it by myself and then move to the other house. She also gave me a bunch of torn and tattered bills when she gave me back my deposit. What is with that? I am mad with her but yet feel sorry for her that she has to do multiple businesses to survive like cleaning other people's clothing and a grocery store because of her economic situation where she is forced to do these underhanded tactics to survive as well as most other people in China that have to deal with a similiar situation. Hopefully we won't have to live in a world like this soon that is so cruel.

The staff is super nice and the room feels like a real home because you have a living room and a kitchen and a comfortable western style bathroom. I really loved my stay here. I could see myself living in that apartment. Its one of the best most comfortable places i have stayed in Beijing. Apple community is a really good location with a lot of good restaurants nearby. Its a very artistic area. The staff has a friendy bird named Bai Bai.

Very very helpful staff, you should know talk to a native to get in contact with the people owner, apart from that lovely people and nice rooms for the price

Technically it a 3BHK .. and they provide you a SOFA in the hall .. I paid extra money to upgrade to one of the single rooms !! There was only 1 Bathroom with non function door lock .It was very hot in the room no fan , no AC , mosquitoes were there and in this selected room ..! They provide you SOFA to sleep

房間在地下一層，店家服務態度很好，屋內設施齊全，客廳、卧室整體乾淨整潔（床單上有一根毛），但是廚房有蟑螂。不知老闆敝帚自珍還是啥，卧室衣櫃裏放着亂七八糟的東西。廚房還放着床墊。樓房隔音效果差，隔壁108的長租户素質低，晚上十點多洗衣服，流水聲、盆碰撞水池的聲音，嘩嘩的，哐當哐當的

公寓是在一個成熟的社區里，樓下是一個很大的院子，很寧靜，出行很方便，步行约5-7分鐘就是（双井）地鐵站, 去哪都方便, 附近有南城香的分店,還有一家燒餅+里脊的，很好吃，公寓跟圖片顯示的一樣, 比相像中大, 床墊軟硬適中, 睡得很舒服, 洗澡熱水充足, 美女房东非常貼心地幫我準備好一切, 有機會再來北京玩一定再選住這里的

真的是温馨小屋，房間乾淨整潔。空調，洗衣機都有，還可以在廚房做飯，真的是非常好的體驗。老闆娘是個靚麗熱心的大美女！真的好貼心！

35m 有公交車站, 1km 有地鐵站，地點不錯，離主要景點較遠。2003 設施齊全完善較新，整潔乾淨，B107 設施破舊有待整修。

此套房有客廳，有衞生間有洗護品，有洗衣機可洗衣服，有廚房，房間較大，兩張床是1.5米的，床品舒適，乾淨衞生，性價比高，值得入住，空氣質量指數好，小區植物生長良好

老闆娘很熱情，照顧客人很好，北京很美

我訂的是情侶大床房，房東根據合住人的情況給我調到了安心温馨小屋標準大床房也就是6號樓B101，我衹能對那間屋子做評價，首先是地下室，整個房子是朝北的，所以就算有暖氣在屋子裡也要穿羽絨服，衹有在被窩裡不冷。屋子很乾凈，空間大，馬桶非常乾淨，熱水很足，就是下水反味有點大。廁所位置完全沒有信號📶，卧室上方不隔音，能聽見滾動的聲音，但到晚上睡覺就沒有了，很安靜。配置不如酒店和其他專門做民宿的，一雙塑料拖鞋，一次性牙刷，幾包抽紙，其他東西不敢用。與報價匹配，建議老闆下次不要再額外找租客加錢，一來不合規矩，二來印象不好，如果覺得低，在平台上改價好了，顧客下單是認可了這個價的，到了現場説能再給點就更好了，我很吃驚，瞬間印象就不好了，反過來我能到現場跟你還價，你會退我錢嗎？

很棒的住宿體驗，位置靠近帝都核心地段，交通便利。社區環境綠化率高，文化氣息濃郁。房間設施齊全，佈置温馨，有家的感覺。白人室友很友善，最重要的是有一個服務周到，笑容如沐春風，身材火辣的絕美老闆娘，必須贊一個👍
