The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly too. Always ready to assist the hotel guests for their enquiry. Is a short walking distance to the metro station that can bring you to many places in Beijing.

I like how huge this place is. Makes it easier for packing Location fantastic too. Nothing much to eat nearby tho there were local stalls but not to our taste buds. Highly recommended as its so close to the subway.

An affordable hotel with friendly staff. There’s a helpful lady working here named 小木, she made my stay to be great. I am sure she would extend her kind heart to all people who visit the hotel in the future. The room I was in was quite comfortable and the area is tranquil.

Best service from the receptionists. Xiao Zhang and her colleagues helped a lot during my stay. Great location if want to visit Universal Studios, family room is superb. My kids loveeee it. Everything is just perfect. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended

Great service, kind support, let us keep our thing in the hotel after the day we slept there and had no other night booked. Even gave us water at 9pm, when we went back to pick our stuff up.

The hotel staff were amazing! The house keeper working late night on Saturday the 16th of November was way beyond expectation. I asked for her name from the reception staff and was told that her name was Joe (乔). I want to thank her again in here. She helped us so much with the laundry even though it was self-service. She was very helpful and welcoming. Please pass on the commendation to Joe. She even gave us some laundry detergent balls even though we had bought some detergent already! And she even helped with drying even though I wanted to do that by myself since it was self-service and it was not her job, also very late at night as well. The other hotel staff were also very welcoming even though they didn't speak much English. They tried to help with everything using translating websites. The only downside is that the room we got really had bad connections. We cannot use our own internet package due to poor connection and the hotel wi-fi (Chinese's wi-fi) does not work with non-Chinese applications like Line, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, or whatever other applications tourists tend to use. Nevertheless, we thought of it as a social media detox and the overall experience was worth the money. You get what you pay kinda deal. The location is also amazing. The hotel provides shuttle bus service to Universal Studio Beijing as well.

Friendly and helpful staff, A great hotel especially if you are going to Universal Beijing… it’s only 10 minutes away. The location is great as it is near to a subway station. The room is spacious, clean and comfy.I Highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

We were very impressed having 2 nights stay here. Excellent location, very convenient and clean, and especially their staff really superb, they all have an excellent service mind. Really recommended.

Value for money! Even though the hotel is a little far from the city centre and away from most of the attractions (except universal studio), it was easy to make arrangements as the subway station is very near the hotel. There were a few local food places around the hotel that is good as well. Room was relatively more spacious as compared to the ones in the city centre. The facilities were new and clean. Bed and pillow was so comfortable! Hotel staff 小乔was such a great help to us during our stay there. She was very patient and went out of her way to help us with stuff that we are not familiar with. Others were welcoming as well :)
