This is a very good hotel super clean the host also help me with my package and the location is good also near the mall SOHO sanlitun

😁👌👏👍👍👍 Everything was exactly as described. The room size was perfect for 2 people. New water, tea bags and coffee powder every day. Room cleaning was also good and everyone was attentive. The noise level in the hallway and street was super quiet. The bathroom is great, but unfortunately it doesn't have a door. We pushed a shelf in front of the passage. Then it was OK. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. There is no reception, but the people in the office could be reached via WeChat and were always very friendly and very helpful. They also had lots of recommendations. The location is very good, 800m from the metro. It's in a high-rise with security. There is a small supermarket right next door. And there are lots of places to eat within a 2-minute walk. We would love to come back and it is highly recommended. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben. Zimmergrösse war perfekt für 2 Personen. Jeden Tag neues Wasser, Teebeutel und Kaffeepulver. Zimmerreinigung war auch gut und alle aufmerksam. Lautstärke bezüglich Etageflur als auch Strasse war super ruhig. Das Badezimmer ist toll, hat aber leider keine Tür. Wir haben ein Regal vor den Durchgang geschoben. Dann war es ok. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Es gibt keine Rezeption, aber die Personen im office waren per wechat zu erreichen und immer sehr sehr freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hatten auch viele Empfehlungen. Lage ist sehr gut mit 800m zur Metro. Es ist in einem Hochaus mit security. Direkt nebenan ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Und in 2min zu Fuss viele Essensmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und es ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Booked a total of 6 nights at this homestay apartment. Apart from what the convenience and accessibility of the apartment’s location has to offer, the cleanliness along with the amenities the apartment provide would be the only dealbreaker that does not match up with the price-performance ratio. The rooms may look modern and stylish from the images they provide, but in actual fact it is filthy and dusty with the fixtures like the toilet door, tiles appearing to fall apart and give way anytime soon. One example would be the sofa as shown in the picture that was apparently not well-maintained. Paints were also peeling off from the ceiling that landed on our clothings. The fridge’s interior was also stained and dirty. Furthermore, we found something like an “ancient dinosaur egg” under the sofa and were amused by it. We also encountered difficulties in setting the temperature of the aircon that doesn’t seem to work despite numerous attempts. 2 days prior to checking out of the apartment, hot water supply was abruptly cut off while I was bathing at night. Nevertheless, the staff in charge were pretty friendly in explaining to us the cause of the issue. Overall it is quite a decent stay despite being costly, I would think that at this price point, I could have had found a better accommodation somewhere in the same district, and not pay S$700 for 6 nights here. 基本上还行，业主的服务态度很不错，但主要还是败在卫生上。整体上只要你不嫌太脏，还是能住的。空调得修一下，温度根本就调不了，即使调到了你要的温度，它还是会跳回原来的状态。唯一好的两点是这间住宿便捷的地点以及业主优越的服务态度。 性价比方面非常低，要按这个价格来谈，有太多方面需要去注意和提升。 感谢业主这一周的招待，谢谢！

It is very satisfying and recommends a try. The owner is very kind and thank you so much for helping us. The rooms were very comfortable and had a lot of amenities and daily cleaning. Not far from the city center, there is a supermarket and shopping mall nearby. You can enter the store on the way, even a little far from the subway station. The security of the apartment was good. Kitchen staffs are not a lot, dishes are not in apartment other else is ok.

Great stay, amazing location and warm reception. Walking distance to sanlitun shopping area and very short didi ride to most tourist attractions in the city. Host was very kind to allow delivery of taobao parcels (30+) before check in to their office and delivered them to room after check out.

The location is so accessible and the host was always kind, and responsible! Warm welcoming and we all really enjoyed. I highly recommend it.
