Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast options. Great laundry facilities too! A bit of a walk to the nearest subway station 800 metres away, but well worth it. Good restaurant options around the corner from the hotel.

Overall a very poor experience. We stayed in another Atour before this in a previous leg of our trip and the experiences could not have been so contrasting. We booked a non smoking room but it was full of smoke everyday from others smoking in their rooms with their doors open. We made the hotel staff aware of this however they said there is nothing they can do. Unfortunately we had to inhale passive smoke throughout our stay. The facilities are really old and worn. The toilet kept blocking on its own, there seems to be a drainage issue throughout the hotel as this happened every day even after the cleaner unblocked it.

Only real complaint: we usually prefer the housekeeping staff not clean our room during short stays, so we keep the “do not disturb” sign out always, but at this hotel they came in and cleaned the room anyway, which has never happened before. The visual style of this hotel is calm and pleasant, not trying too hard to be trendy like some other trendy chains. The location isn’t great, but it’s a good compromise for the price. Be aware that many guests are visiting the nearby hospital, so there are a few restaurants and a supermarket, but the area doesn’t support tourists who need cool stuff right outside their hotel.

Traveling in China and staying at your hotel.I was a bit surprised to take a taxi back to the hotel at night,so I took my sleeping child to the front desk of the hotel to seek help.I am very grateful to Li Jia for helping us reduce the loss of 200RMB in our conversation with the driver. Although I cannot understand Chinese,I can see from his words that Li Jia is a righteous and resolute person .From the expression of the taxi driver,I can see that he is embarrassed ,guilty,and somewhat helpless,After about 15 minutes of conversation,the fare was reduced from 355yuan to 150yuan.I came to China to play for a few days.and I thank the hotel staff for their enthusiasm. We need people who are full of justice in our lives.Thank you！

Staff service very warm and helpful. Hotel location near to TianTan Hospital, just walk around 5 minutes. The breakfast was nice and different everyday.
