soundproofing needs a bit more work but staff was friendly and many good food places around the area. near the train station too.

Room is quite spacious but the toilet cleanliness is a letdown. TV box not working. Nearby got a huge supermarket and a budget food court. Hotel location 150m from Jiaomen Dong MRT (Line 10 light blue colour) is the only positive point. Access to Capital Airport is a breeze via this line to Sanyuanqiao interchange.
