The room was very clean and had no strange odors! There are also many dining options nearby, so the location is quite good. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, they helped carry my luggage, and even delivered takeout orders to my door! I was lucky enough to encounter snow during my visit this time. The view was also great~

We had a great experience with the hotel staff. They are very friendly, helpful, and we enjoyed our conversations with them. The room is comfortable and clean. The location is in the historic area, it's a bit like back to old time. Nearby there is the Shi Jia Hutong Museum, free entry too, great for learning about history. There are many cool local restaurants, delicious food and a very reasonable price. If we come back to Beijing, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and tidy, the front desk lady with the smiling eyes is simply adorable! So warm and welcoming, she really brightened up my winter. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend! 🫶

That was the best service in our life. Very helpful, friendly, always smiling. the hotel is very clean in a very good location. We would recommend that place for our friends and family. On this trip, we stayed in various hotels, even 4-star ones, and the service wasn't even half as good as here. The world should hear about you.

The room was clean and bright, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service. The transportation was also quite convenient.

Not bad, for a hotel in Beijing's hutongs. It's not super close to the subway; the nearest station, Dengshikou, is about 700-800 meters straight line. But you can cycle, there are shared bikes at the entrance of the hutong.

We stayed 3 nights in Jan2026. Great rooms: good hot water shower pressure. Comfy bed w a desk for working. Morning hotel breakfast was convenient an decent. We found local breakfast stalls within 10min walk from hotel. Walk to WangFuJing shopping area in 20min. Hotel entrance is on a one-way HuTong alley accessible by Didi and mini Vans.

Central Hotel, the name is not the actual name. I had to change room because it was to noisy from the air conditioning. The beds are good. The shower heads could be cleaner. The stuff is very friendly.

Extremely satisfied! Exploring all the small courtyards around here was great. This location is absolutely classic, surrounded by former residences of famous people. It was totally worth it!

Everyone was so friendly the girl at the counter gave me free face wash and other things. SO kind. And the girls Ella and Hannah were so kind. The boy with the glasses helped me order food thank you so much. Medivh I think and zoe was the one who gave me her own face wash. I loved the team thanks everyone!!!

Maya was such a sweet person she helped us through out everything from the moment we arrived until we lift. We had fun all in all. Highly recommended. 

The room was very clean and the service was excellent, especially Hannah. There are three floors and the view from the top is nice, a great spot to relax. It's really good value for money and the location is perfect. The staff are this hotel's greatest asset – they helped us with so many issues. I'd recommend giving them a bonus!
