The staff so nice and the room so convenient and clean have housemates cleaning room every day, have a lot of restaurants nearby, exit B from Metro

Choosed this hotel for convinient sake as my daugther is studying in CUC. There is a newly opened Family Mart next few doors so it convinient is you want to buy snack after 10pm. The room comes with very very basic facilities and very small toilet. Find the room floor dusty and along the way the corridor also bit dirty. The worst part is the first 2 days, the housekeeper came knocking at our door at 9am plus, wanting to come in to clean the room. We say no as we are still sleeping. The lady tried opening the door with her key, and we firmly repeated no, she mentioned that later in the noon she will be busy with the check out rooms. Tomorrow around the same timing, she knocked on our door for some time, wanting to do house cleaning.

A good clean hotel, don't count on a view from the window, but it's a 5-minute walk to the metro and you can buy a buffet breakfast for 25 元. There are no microwaves/refrigerators in the rooms, and there are no scales for suitcases in the lobby, but it's a nice price for Beijing and 20 minutes by metro to the center)

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. There is a laundry room with separate washing and drying facilities, which is clean and hygienic. The hotel is affordable and the staff are kind and nice. Highly recommended!

The experience was very average. There wasn't even a cup. They used disposable paper cups covered with a torn plastic bag. There were blood stains on the towels. The air conditioner was facing the bedside.

The room was marked as 16-20 square meters, but it felt only about 12 square meters. It was very, very small. The distance between the end of the bed and the TV was less than half a meter, and you could only pass sideways. I understand that the hotel wants to save money, but this design is a bit inhumane. There is not even room for normal walking, which makes people feel very depressed.

The hotel is easy to find. It takes only three or four minutes to get there from the Communication University subway station. It is convenient and fast. The environment is also good. We booked a twin room, which is very suitable for friends to travel ~
