First off, the location is great. Right outside the hotel, there's a kindergarten and a primary school, so it's quiet at night. Plus, a short walk away is a baozi shop, which was a lifesaver for grabbing breakfast when heading out early for a tour. Secondly, while the room was a tiny bit small, all the facilities were spotless, and the mattress was super comfortable – I slept really well. Finally, the front desk lady was amazing! She gave us a free upgrade to a room on the second floor. Thumbs up! I'd definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.

Every time I visit this area, I stay here, and it always exceeds my expectations. The room temperature is comfortable, it's clean, and there are no strange smells (unlike other hotels where I often encounter a smoky odor), which I especially appreciate. The front desk staff, especially the young man, is very attentive and friendly. They even provide complimentary toilet seat covers and other daily necessities. If the two complimentary bottles of water in the room aren't enough, you can get more for free at the front desk – it's incredibly thoughtful! For this location in Beijing, it's excellent value for money. Highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻

Facilities: The facilities are sufficient for a budget hotel. Hygiene: The cleanliness is pretty good. There was a bit of a cafeteria smell upon entering, it would be great if it could be a subtle fragrance or no smell at all. Environment: The surroundings are very convenient, with subway and shopping nearby. Service: The service is fine, no issues there.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, approximately 400 meters from Tuanjiehu Subway Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Sanlitun is just a 10-15 minute walk away. Nestled inside a residential area, it's very quiet.

This time in Beijing, I chose the Hanting Hotel (Tuanjiehu Selected Store) and was genuinely surprised. It's within walking distance to Sanlitun from the hotel, so you don't have to rush to shop for trendy brands or visit popular influencer spots, which is perfect for foodies and shoppers. What surprised me most was the room condition. It didn't have that old, dated feel typical of traditional chain hotels at all. The decor and facilities were very new, and the bedding was soft and clean, making for a really comfortable stay. Crucially, the price was excellent. Compared to other hotels in the same area, this one offers incredible value for money. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely choose this place again!
