My recent stay at Mandarin Oriental was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the experience reflected the brand’s hallmark of luxury, warmth, and impeccable service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and fluent in English, which made the stay very comfortable—especially when we were unsure about certain arrangements. Everyone was genuinely attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and refined retreat within the hotel. The food quality was very good, and while the offerings were enjoyable, a wider variety would make the dining experience even better. A very special mention goes to Adele Yang, Duty Manager, who truly went above and beyond. Despite our late check-in, she took the time to personally assist us and even gave us a tour of the hotel at that hour. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care left a lasting impression and exemplified the exceptional service Mandarin Oriental is known for. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and welcoming luxury experience.

We stayed at the Mandarin Wangfujing over the weekend to celebrate our toddler’s second birthday, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly hospitable, thoughtful, professional, kind, and exceptionally attentive to our toddler’s needs. A few standout examples: our room was thoughtfully baby-proofed before our arrival, a milk warmer was provided for nighttime feeds, and they even included a toddler-sized bathtub and potty. These little touches made a big difference. Kudos to the amazing team for working seamlessly to make our stay so special. A heartfelt thank you to Marvin, Lina, Cassie, and the IRD team. You made us feel genuinely cared for!

入住王府井文華東方已近二十次，一直以來都認可貴酒店的專業度與穩定性，幾乎代表着我心中酒店服務的最高標準。 然而，遺憾的是，最近兩次入住的體驗卻明顯低於以往。 原本承諾的文華客房升級一直未能兑現，這本身尚可理解，但更令人困惑的是，攜程已確認的升級房型同樣未被安排，事前也未得到任何解釋或溝通。 此外，空氣凈化器遙控器的管理也讓人費解。上一次入住時未提供遙控器，衹能在最大檔位的噪音中度過整晚；而本次入住在多次請求後，才終於拿到遙控器。 理解酒店擔心遙控器再次被偷的心情，但也請不要把每位客人當作小偷來防着。這樣的細節問題，本不該在文華東方這樣級別的酒店反覆出現。 以前每次退房的時候，按金都是很快到賬。現在是不問酒店按金退還的事情，酒店就不退按金。需要問了酒店按金的事情，才能退按金。 正因為長期以來對文華東方抱有極高的信任與喜愛，這樣的體驗反而讓人更加失望。希望貴酒店能正視近期服務上的疏漏，回到以往一貫穩定、細緻的高水準。
