We stayed in an executive room this time, and the service was excellent and very attentive. Ms. Ivy Gong gave our child a Ritz mini-cup, which they absolutely loved. The next day, at lunch, Lena saw us taking photos in front of the sofa and proactively offered to take many pictures of our family of three. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each visit feels like coming home. It's right next to SKP, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient, and transportation is a breeze! This time, something unexpected came up, and I couldn't make it back to the hotel for check-out. I messaged Ms. Irena on WeChat, and she kindly extended my check-out time until 2 PM – so thoughtful. Before my stay, Ivy also called to confirm my check-in time. To my pleasant surprise, on the day of check-in, I received a WeChat message from Lena at noon confirming my room was ready, so I didn't have to wait at the hotel! Coco was also incredibly attentive!

I stayed in an executive lounge room this time, and it was really nice! The food at the executive lounge was decent too, and Ivy Gong, Irene, and Lena at the executive lounge were all incredibly welcoming and provided great service. Overall, it was a good experience, I recommend it!

Big shoutout to Fairy from the guest services team! She decorated the room beautifully, which I absolutely loved. I also ordered afternoon tea to the room, and it was not only pretty but also delicious. It was a very satisfying stay overall! ^_^ Thank you! 🥳

This luxury brand offers great value for money. Although it's an older property, it's well-maintained and doesn't feel worn out or dirty. It has a similar vibe to the classic luxury hotels in New York or Europe, giving off a sophisticated, old-money feel. The hygiene is excellent, and the service staff are very pleasant. The underground parking garage, however, isn't very convenient, and floor B4 is currently under renovation.

The old-money style decor is incredibly chic. The room was clean and spacious, and it's very kid-friendly. Ivy Gong and Lena also provided excellent service. We had a super comfortable stay!

Staying here felt just like home, with thoughtful and attentive service. The location is super convenient, right at Dawanglu Station on Metro Line 1. Downstairs are China Central Place and Beijing SKP. You can even get a distant view of China Zun and Gemdale Plaza from your room. The room itself was clean, tidy, and had high-standard facilities.

It is quite near to the metro which is ‘ Dawanglu’ station. The hotel is established next to the shopping mall which is Beijing SKP. There are many types of food and beverage for you to choose for breakfast.

Terrible. We had to wait ages to get in and out of the parking lot. The cleaning lady also came to clean the room super early, before we even woke up. I definitely won't be staying at a hotel like this again.

Place looked aged and well maintained. Immaculate service and assuring presence at all times. Shout out to Ms Coco from the Concierge at Club Lounge who was very helpful and patient to us with all our queries.

Before check-in, Ivy Gong proactively called to confirm our arrival time and thoughtfully asked about our needs – excellent attention to detail. Lena Irena's service was warm and attentive, with quick responses. The entire experience was superb, from the initial communication to check-in and check-out, all very smooth. Definitely worth a five-star recommendation! The service is super, super good, truly befitting of the Ritz.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, the environment was clean, and the location was excellent. It offered great value for money and significantly enhanced our trip. The room size was also decent, and the retro style was lovely. The toiletries provided were basic but functional. Overall, a good experience.

Had a wonderful stay with my kids at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, China Central Place. The hotel is conveniently located in the CBD, right next to SKP and close to the subway, making it super easy for getting around and shopping. The design, a blend of British vintage and modern luxury, truly exudes quality. Details like Dyson hairdryers and high-end toiletries are all there, and the exquisite afternoon tea was a definite highlight. The service upheld the 'Ladies and Gentlemen' motto, being both thoughtful and attentive. Coco You was incredibly considerate, especially with the little ones; Lena provided warm and caring service, making everything feel special; and Irena offered professional service in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. We'll definitely be back next time, highly recommend it to everyone!
