Empark Grand Hotel Beijing

We stayed at this 5‑star hotel in Beijing during the National Day holiday. Even in this peak travel season, we had a fantastic experience. All hotel facilities are well maintained and in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, responsive and provided very thoughtful service throughout our stay. Every request was handled promptly. The room was clean and comfortable. It made our Beijing trip far more relaxing. Would absolutely recommend and choose this hotel again next time we visit Beijing.

Very clean large room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfasts and service. There is a large shopping center with many restaurants 15 minutes from the hotel.

Very peaceful and nice service. ordering taobao and delivery is very fuss free. 10/10 service

best of the best. The service is really good! The managers are very friendly and they are really nice to kids.

Had work done and enjoyed breakfast. The location was good for my commute

Decently built with good amenities available near the area, only gripe is that the initial room I was placed in was without working air conditioner

The hotel was very nice, tidy and clean, and had a great view and a big window، The hotel deserves 5 stars.

Spacious, clean rooms that are well equipped. Excellent breakfast. No English service, had to use a translator all the time. More sitting place would be great in the lobby area.

This hotel was very nice. Comfy bed and great snack bar at even better prices.
