Great stay near Sanlitun. If you want to stay nearby Sanlitun without spending too much then this is your place. Great art gallery in the first floor with nice bar. Hotel carries its own bar and reception at the 2nd floor. Attentive staff which listened to my request and solved the best they can. Clean with great coffee options in room. Overall, worth its location and value!

Located in perfect position. Not so cool as hotel but with all necessary. Tv should study better how to screen mirroring phone laptop. Gym very good! Breakfast ok. The carpet maybe quite dirty and air conditioning definitely too noisy but I asked me to change, i turn it off as was not cold.

Rooms are cleaned and comfortable. Service is “just enough”….in some time of the day is difficult to find someone at the reception. Location is good but park is far away from the hotel and is not convenient for who comes with baggage

Excellent location. Rooms are really clean and well set up, perfect for business traveling but I would definitely return with my family. Nice gym and decent breakfast selection in the morning.

This is a good hotel with an amazing location. The services are unlike any hyatt I've even been at. I wonder if it's a fake hyatt. The staff are not really nice and they don't have any restaurants or places to eat take out together. We were a group of friends that were all staying at the hotel. At some point we wanted to eat dinner but they didn't have a restaurant. We asked if we could order take out and eat at one of their tables and they quoted us a crazy amount to sit at one of their empty tables. They literally have a whole empty dining area that no one can sit in. It's crazy because the alternative was for us to take our take out to one of the rooms. So at the end of the day the staff would rather clean up pizza stains off the rug in the bedroom than just give us a place to sit together in their empty dinning room.

Second stay, very good location. Breakfast has enough choices. Entrance can be a bit confusing due to the ongoing construction. Overall good experience, can recommend

The hotel is well located in sanlitun, tea and coffee are there for you.

Sometimes I stay in Zhaolong hotel because it has very good quality/price ratio. I will definitely keep choosing it. Modern and very relaxed. Breakfast could be slightly better.
