Ulasan Ariva Beijing West Hotel & Serviced Apartments

I had stayed in this hotel previously about 10 years back so I was glad to return. But the experience this time was lukewarm. The check-in was quite cold, and the staff sighed when I informed I didn't have a china number. Upstairs the room felt old and dusty, lacking care. This hotel needs a revamp soon to stay relevant.

A convenient location in the Haidian area, within a short walk from Suzhoujie subway station. We like that this hotel provides a washing machine in some of their duplex rooms. I booked a duplex room but didn’t get one with a washing machine initially, but one of the staff at the reception, Ms Ni, made sure a room with a washer was reserved for me the next day. She was fantastic in her service! The hotel sends a pot of hot dessert to our room every afternoon, which is a very nice gesture. The dessert soup always tastes good! And we look forward to it every day of our stay at Ariva.

The price equals the quality. The premise itself is an older building. It is surrounded by highways so expect some noise. Closer to shopping malls.

Not so bad for the location and price. Very noisy in the room as the hotel faces highway.

Location is good. Facilities are pretty clean but seem quite old.

I have been a regular at Ariva for last 10 years. It’s a 4 star property which you could easily mistake for 5 star, but that was before the pandemic. After the pandemic, their service quality had dropped significantly. We returned to China and had 5 pieces of big suitcase plus additional hand luggage. Guess what, we were told there is no person who can help us to carry the luggage to our rooms. After repeated reminder, one boy named Tommy who looked like a trainee helped to carry the luggage to the room. Same thing happened at checkout. The reception person was straight and honest “we don’t have a person available who can help you with the luggage”. I had to take 4 rounds to carry the luggage down by myself. And we are talking of a property which is rated as 4 star!! I felt sad, perhaps the hotel had a hard time during the pandemic and was still recovering from bad financial situation that they don’t have full service staff yet. The reception staff, all were trainees from colleges. In terms of facilities, its still a good place. They have swimming pool, gym, spa and every room I have stayed here is spacious and has a bathtub. I have always loved their Aviva center on 6th floor which has DIY kitchen and laundry area which helps if you are staying for long duration or are traveling with kids. I haven’t lost faith and hope Ariva will have its glory days once again.

Good hotel, nice room. Good breakfast. Reception can’t speak English at all.

I stayed with my family for ten nights. It was very convenient to have a lot of space in the room and there were plenty of options to get food close to the hotel. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean and the furniture not in the condition you would expect from a hotel in this price range.

Hotel a bit old but very functional

太差勁了 房子老一點都無所謂 關鍵椅子全部是不明液體 坐了我一褲子 比廁所做到尿液都恐怖 關鍵廁所的你還知道是尿 這個不知道啥東西 投訴了 過來一個女經理 那油的 那處理事情那態度 背對着我給打掃衞生大姐説 讓她去問問是不是打掃衞生的水 大姐面對着我一臉尷尬 不知道怎麼配合的表情 後來和我説是礦泉水 呵呵 我信*** 然後空調太大了 我喊了一個人給我關空調 然後門打不開了 關空調的從外面開了門 我讓他從裏面關試着一下 關了3次 第三次卡住了 然後就看着他那邊大力破門 終於開了 我行李多 本來不想動 想想還是換吧 萬一失火卡到房間裏面 然後要求換房間 想起來攜程客服説之前酒店説給我換套房 我就電話裏面説那套房吧 高潮來了 居然和我説套房要走樓梯才能上去 我行李多 建議我不要去套房 我從來沒見哪個酒店的設計是會讓套房客人走樓梯的 我不想爭辯 沒啥好爭辯的 換了隔壁的房間睡了。差評差評差評

老酒店，真的有點老破舊了，特別是淋浴，都是固定的，沒有軟管花灑，特別不方便。浴缸發黃，破舊。真的在北京，皇帝的女兒不愁嫁呀，不過，到店付比網上叫賣的可以便宜些。

酒店前台建軍很熱情，服務非常周到，客房的衞生也很好特別乾淨，房間很重注設計感，簡約與中式很好的融合在一起。酒店的各項服務都很令人滿意，親切的問候，禮貌的招呼，給人感覺特別舒服，早餐種類很多，口感特別好，很方便自己挑選，附近景點也多。地鐵非常方便，出門就是蘇州街站，還能停車，外出特別的方便，位置也很好，非常滿意的一次入住。

酒店房間大，環境好，衞生乾淨整潔，窗外可以看到西山和頤和園，交通方便，臨近蘇州街地鐵站，中國人民大學，中關村。

房間很大，上下兩層，大落地窗觀景一絕，前台服務熱情周到，聽説高考考生主動升為行政房，祝酒店生意興隆，有機會再來體驗。
