The hotel's location is excellent, right above a subway station and the Shinsegae department store. The front desk staff provided great service, especially Xiao Li, who checked me in and even proactively upgraded my room. Thumbs up!👍🏻 However, I also have to mention a downside. I stayed in a suite, and there was a strange odor in the bedroom – like someone had sneezed without covering their mouth and the smell was lingering in the air. It was very noticeable as soon as I entered, particularly near the bedside table on the wardrobe side, but I couldn't pinpoint the source. Luckily, opening the window helped a bit, but this really impacted my stay experience.

The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathrobes are comfortable and thoughtful. - **Attention to detail**: Complimentary tea and coffee facilities, daily cleaning service are impeccable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area with excellent water pressure, making for a superb shower experience after a long day.

This hotel is really bad, and it's supposedly four-star. Personally, I think it barely scrapes by as a three-star. The facilities are old, the air conditioning was problematic; the engineering staff told me it could only run on high or low speed, but not medium, and suggested I switch rooms. The shower drain was also clogged, so the water drained very slowly. The bed wasn't comfortable either, and to top it all off, there was an old, small 30-something-inch TV. It was a truly terrible stay.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive and excellent. Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, making for a comfortable stay. Environment: The environment is very clean and comfortable, with good soundproofing. Service: The front desk service is good, and the staff are enthusiastic.

The location and views are absolutely unbeatable, and the room was unbelievably spacious.

Staff were so rude. The woman at the desk treated me like I was stupid because I don't speak Chinese and kept making comments to her colleague clearly talking about me and acting like I was being such a hassle. I just wanted to check into my room. They gave me an 'upgraded' room. I can't imagine what the original room must have looked like if this was the upgrade. The room was grimey. There was a bath and as much as I wanted a bath there's no way you could pay me to get into that tub. I didn't wanna touch anything in the room because it all looked dirty. They had free snacks, I spat it out immediately because it was gone off. They charged me a deposit per night which I'm supposed to get back after check out and I'm still waiting for. Avoid this place.

The hotel's overall decor is elegant, it's relatively quiet, and the breakfast is quite generous. The elevators are also very fast.

AC was horrible! Room temp was as high as 28C while setting was 23C. Front desk service was below average.

Located in Wangjing, Beijing, the hotel boasts a super convenient location. The service was excellent, and the place was clean and hygienic with new facilities. The air was very fresh and comfortable. Transportation was extremely convenient, making it easy to get anywhere quickly. It was also very quiet.

It's a bit old, but the room is quite spacious and clean. The bed is a bit too soft, and the internet is a major issue – it constantly prompts you to download an app and frequently disconnects.

Booked this for a company guest. The front desk staff was super helpful and upgraded the room. Checked with the guest the next day, and they said they had a great stay, the room was clean and spacious. Happy guest, happy us!

The location is fantastic, right next to the subway station. Shinsegae Department Store is just downstairs, making it very convenient for dining.

The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel service was great too. I'll definitely stay here again. Any requests I had were quickly handled by the front desk. They put me in a very quiet room with a nice city view, which was fantastic.
