Ulasan Foreign Experts Building

Love this hotel! Everything is rather dated but that adds to the charm of the place. We booked a business suite for five nights and it was like home away from home, but better because of a bathtub! There was a large living room with decent furniture and wardrobes, a small kitchen with oven, microwave, and fridge freezer, a washing machine tucked in a corner near the small but functional bathroom, and there was a large balcony with views to the adjacent compound. The bed was large and comfortable, we slept well. There was a faint hum of traffic from the nearby highway but not a problem. We stayed in 1102 which is on the east side of the building. Staff were friendly and everything was very clean, breakfast was simple Chinese food. We hired bicycles to travel the 10 minute journey to Jiandemen metro. If you want to feel like a foreign expert staying in Beijing two or three decades ago this is the place, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Spacious and clean. Room are outdated but beds had clean sheets. Pool and gym were out of service.

The room had kitchen, but NO any amenities for cooking. Microwave didn't work. Good breakfast. 15 minutes walk to metro stations.

The worst service and hotel condition I have ever had in living in China.

Hotel old, inside number all night was sound from air condition, and I can’t sleep well. Everywhere smell like inside ashtray 😣 Don’t recommend this hotel. Better chose other one, good luck 🍀

Old hotel

房間寬敞，設施齊全，服務也到位，一樓大堂安靜舒適，配有檸檬茶水方便顧客飲用，點贊！房間配有落地燈，枱燈，床頭燈，總體燈光略暗但還算舒適。房間備有一個便攜晾衣架很棒很貼心！某人很喜歡！總體給滿分！不足之處就是房間略有些發黴的氣味，可能需要加強清潔處理，充電插座不夠也是缺點明顯，希望改進。

有廚房，洗衣機！設施陳舊地點一般般。假如目的是旅遊，不建議。自己個人，應該不會再入住此酒店。應該是是賓館。

酒店裡國家體育場、館，游泳中心很近，超級方便，步行15-20分鐘，樓下就是健翔橋東公交站。酒店附近吃飯不是很方便，並且最近的咖啡店（lukin）也要五分鐘吧……房間設施有些老舊，但是主打一個大，配套廚房、洗衣機。

看了其他評論有點忐忑辦理入住，沒想到房型還是非常滿意的，我帶孩子，主要看中有廚房客廳，裝修是舊了一些，但是能接受，還是非常滿意的！

房間是那種老舊的房屋！多年的陳舊！門還是那種木質的！主要是一早樓上叮叮噹噹，特別大聲音！七點多還有不知道誰敲門！本來是休息的最後被吵得！衞生間很老舊！

房屋設施老舊，水龍頭、門把手、門，桌等銹跡斑斑，表面磨損。 衞生間狹小， 難以轉身。第一次進入空氣不好。 表面灰塵。性價比低。 pro: 入住前台服務人員態度良好。
