Ulasan Capital Airport International Hotel

The environment is great and it's quite close to the airport. The front desk staff, Xiao Wan, was very attentive and enthusiastic. Thumbs up!

The room was very clean. The only downside was the shuttle bus driver on May 8th at 6:00 AM. His demeanor really needs improvement. He complained the entire way about only earning 200 yuan and having no obligation to help guests load their luggage. He even swore the whole morning! When I politely asked which terminal we were going to first, he actually cursed at me. What a shame for such a clean hotel. Honestly, most of the passengers on the bus were connecting guests, and there were even foreign tourists. Such constant complaining and swearing not only embarrasses the hotel but also the people of the capital, and more broadly, all Chinese people.

The hotel's front desk, particularly Zhouzhou, provided excellent service. They were incredibly efficient and helpful, coordinating multiple times with the airline to adjust my ticketing information.

The front desk staff, Zhou Zhou, was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. I forgot to request an invoice for my business trip, but they promptly issued one after I contacted them. I'm very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended!

The room was well-equipped, neat, and clean, with disposable cups, slippers, toothbrushes, and tissues provided. The staff were very friendly. Initially, they said online invoices couldn't be issued, but now they can, which made me very happy and grateful! Highly recommended for a pleasant stay!

The room was great and Dongdong's service was thoughtful. Facilities: Good.

Contacted the front desk to get an invoice from Zhouzhou, very satisfied with the high efficiency.

We arrived and we were told where our room was.  The toilet had urine still in the toilet and there was cigarette ash on the floor. We went and told the receptionist who gave us another room.  They did not seem bothered that this had happened.

Very close to the airport, which is convenient for catching early morning international flights.

Very close to the airport. Like to stay here for a layover. Nice service for flyers. Free bus.

The hotel's location is good, and David, who handled my check-in, provided excellent service. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

This hotel is a great choice for an overnight layover at the airport, offering excellent value for money. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Wan, was very welcoming and enthusiastic.

Facilities: The interior has been recently renovated within the last two years, which is great. Service: The airport shuttle service is good. Environment: The exterior walls haven't been renovated, which can be misleading.
