stay at CitiGo Sanyuanquia was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff! A special shoutout to Dandan 🌹, whose enthusiasm and dedication truly stood out. Despite arriving early, she graciously checked room availability and ensured an early check-in. She kindly upsold breakfast with genuine warmth, enhancing our stay. Her politeness and willingness to go above and beyond—providing helpful local tips—made us feel valued. The entire team radiates hospitality, creating a welcoming, seamless experience. The hotel provides complimentary laundry room, fitness, minibar and especially dim sum at night between 10-11 pm. The room is spotless clean, anyhow, a little small but comfortable, location is very close to Sanyuanqiao metro station which easy to commute to the city. There are shopping center, minimarts and restaurants around. Housekeeping maid also did a guest job keeping the room in good condition and very clean. Only downsides are the hotel location on DiDi was not accurate as I booked DiDi twice in hotel lobby but both drivers drove to Phoenix office building which is beside the hotel but receptionist kindly helped me out to speak to driver and concierge need a little more active as we asked questions of traveling method he always guided us to receptionist whose busy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking thoughtful service and comfort!

We had a very pleasant stay at Citigo Hotel Sanyuanqiao. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a practical layout—although not very spacious, it comfortably fits two 28" suitcases. If you're traveling with more luggage, space might feel a bit tight. I appreciated the separate toilet and shower, which is convenient when sharing the room.
The housekeeping staff were very friendly—especially the cleaning lady on our floor who always greeted us with a warm smile. The hotel also offers some excellent amenities: free laundry service on the ground floor, a gym, snooker table, and even a game station. I also liked that the hotel was completely non-smoking, as I didn’t notice any cigarette smell throughout the premises.
A big bonus was the nightly supper provided at 10 PM for guests, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a good variety of options, though the dining area can get quite crowded before 9 AM. The lady at the noodle station was particularly friendly and welcoming.
The location is also a major plus—just a short walk to the MRT station, making it easy to reach the airport and explore the city. However, do note that getting to major tourist attractions usually requires at least one line change.
There are two 24-hour convenience stores nearby (Lawson and 7-11), and a five-story shopping mall within walking distance, which made grabbing food or other necessities super convenient.
Overall, this hotel offers great value with thoughtful services and a convenient location. I’d definitely consider staying here again when visiting Beijing.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is convenient, just walk to the train station and mall. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Housekeeper topping up mineral water for us every day. Another plus is free washing machine and dryer on the first floor, which was very convenient. One unique features is the Ai robot service, you can have your order delivered straight to you room without needing to go down to the lobby. Highly recommended!

Great location in terms of accessibility from PEK to hotel via train (on light travel) and hotel next to Phoenix Mall and near train station. Give me vibes of Moxy hotel and much better value. I would have given a higher rating if not for a disruption on their wifi for over 45 mins during my stay that disrupt my work from hotel. Wanted to give special commendation to front desk ~ Patrick for helping me during my stay as a foreigner without local mobile. Thanks Patrick.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near Sanyuanqiao Station, making it easy to get to the airport and nearby attractions. The room was cleaned daily, which was great, and there was no smell of smoke. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I visit Beijing.

The hotel was very convenient to the airport (directly via AirPort Express and a 5mins walk) or it’s just a 25 mins via didi car. While it may not be directly located to the places of interests or food places , it’s still very convenient via didi car rides and the train.
What I enjoyed in this hotel -
1. The room whilst small was compactly designed which ensured my comfort.
2. You can pick up your toiletries from the lobby and they’ll top up the bottles of water and drinks for you everyday.
3. Complimentary breakfast and definitely surprise surprise, supper is served every night. If you’re hungry, you can even order your supper via delivery and your friendly robot waiter will send it up to your room.
4. What’s most important for me is that there is a laundry room - 3 sets of washer and dryer. Washing powder and washing bags are provided, it’s free to use and there’s no queue!
I enjoyed my stay here! And will definitely come back again!
