Got upgraded to a deluxe room, which was very spacious. The bed was a bit on the firm side, which is good for your back, and the pillows were super soft. The service was excellent; they were always ready to help with anything. This amazing hotel is definitely a must-return!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from the Temple of Heaven Park, making it super convenient for visiting nearby attractions and museums. When I checked in, they even upgraded my room! It had a built-in walk-in closet, which was perfect for hanging all my winter clothes, both inside and out. The hotel's buffet dinner was also great and offered excellent value for money. I'd definitely come back again if I get the chance.

New World Hotel is a well-established brand and trustworthy. I've booked this hotel for business trips out of town before. This time, I booked the Beijing New World for a client visiting Beijing on business. The service is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety. Most importantly, the location is fantastic.

The hotel's location is decent, with convenient transport links. However, the room was very average, and the cleanliness was quite poor, with visible stains in the bathtub. I especially want to mention the room service response time was zero; it took a second call to remind them and then three more calls to follow up. For a five-star hotel, this is quite a letdown.

The hotel environment is good, and the location is quite convenient for transportation, including taxis. The room was a bit dim and not bright enough, but overall, it's a very suitable choice for a travel stay.

The bed was quite hard with a noticeable dip, and the pillows were flat; even stacked, they caused neck pain. However, I was otherwise very satisfied. The room was spacious, and the jianbing guozi at breakfast was delicious.

I brought my two teenage kids, and the hotel upgraded our room – it was amazing! Two bathrooms, a huge bathtub, a separate living room, and a massive amount of space. We absolutely loved it, and the kids were incredibly happy. Thank you! 🙏

The breakfast offers a good variety, with both Chinese and Western options. The traditional Old Beijing snacks were particularly good! The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, and it's also very close to the National Museum, Forbidden City, Tiananmen, and Qianmen.

I really love this hotel; whenever I visit Beijing and the price is right, I always stay here. This time I stayed for three nights, and it was great. The location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room is also very spacious, and the amenities are quite good. The breakfast, in particular, is highly recommended. They offer traditional Beijing snacks, including douzhi (fermented mung bean milk), jiaoquan (fried dough rings), and various instant noodles, which gives a nice retro touch. The coffee is also excellent. I highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included.

Excellent! The service is great, and it's close to the scenic spots. Taxis are generally not congested, except for rush hour when entering the Tiananmen area is restricted. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely book it again next time I'm in Beijing. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. They replenish the toiletries daily, and room service is reasonably priced with discounts on laundry. The noodles and afternoon tea at the lounge are also quite good. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. The cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! It's also conveniently located, not too far from any attractions, making it easy to get around. The service was absolutely fantastic!
