I have lived in this place 30 years ago when it was the New World Hotel so it is like a reminiscent stay for me and for this reason l did not choose Rosewood which is in the same building. The lobby, gym and public areas are new and nice. I have expected the room to be worn out given the price so there is no complaint. However, l realized that acutally the cheaper rooms had the fabulous view (cctv tower?) when we checked out! So choose the cheaper one if you want the great views!

Great location at good rate for full service apartment. Apartments are clean but not very latest standard. Amnesties just soso…

I stayed here back in 2010 and 2012, just for the city view from 51 floor.I came back this year 2024, but do regreet. Room are very old and without any charm...the city view dont make it up for me anymore. The breakfast is at 7 oclock and is very minemal compared to all other hotels in this price range. Actually eggs are cold , bacon too and coffee poor...ridiculous check in ...my room was prepared on trip.com, but still have to give deposit at 2.200 yuan ...for reasons I never understood. I stay two night and had no hot water in bathroom..🥶 The hotel is just next to Hujialou subway station , and the popular restaurant "Beijing Chamber" with Peking Duck

Good location. Hot shower took very long time to work but eventually worked. Overall good value for money if you don’t mind old rooms and shabby amenities.

Hand spot in the city. Starts on the 40th floor. Room clean but not able to control heat in room.... too hot. A little hard to find as there was no mention on the website.

Awesome location for me to get around especially around Beijing. Walking distance to China World Trade Center and so close to Metro Subway

Excellent location. 2 mins away from Subway station. Walking distance to CBD. Shopping mall, restaurants, supermarket are nearby. Housekeeping staff are friendly and nice. The premises is a bit old but it didn't prevent me from revisit.

Stayed in the apartments of Jingguang for 4 nights. Apartment was good but didn't really use the apartment facilities (cooking washing machine etc), but seemed to be fitted out with all the basics. There was no washing up liquid or soap power that I could see - which you would definitely need. Bed was comfortable and the space had sufficient storage space. The shower was fitted over the bath and the shower head could have done with being decalcified as the jets were so fine they actually hurt if the water pressure was too high. Breakfast was fairly basic - with not much variety, but had a mix of Chinese and western. The hotel itself - lobby, lift entrance etc. , was quite lovely. The fish pond on the 40th floor at reception was also beautiful. The location itself was perfect, with lots of shopping and eating within walking distance. The views of the city from my 47th floor was amazing. An ideal location for a staycation or a weekend away.

Everything is good, just the price is a bit high. Will book this hotel again next time.
