Very great location, can walk to the famous food street and very convenient to get to the tourist attractions. Very easy to find the hotel’s location. Hotel services was excellent and staff were very kind and helpful. They even helped me to queue up for the famous Peking dark restaurant just near to the hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is basically new, everything feels clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and can speak a few words of English. The surroundings are good with a bunch of simple restaurants right in front, and the more touristy area about 20 min away by foot. I just wish there was an available laundry machine, and also some rooms don't have a window (although that's just how it is that close to the center).

The room had no window, first time in my life... they should have stated in advance. Service never did the room cleaning. Reception personnell was top class helpful, kind, very open to solve problems

location of hotel a bit too far from city center and from metro stations. good room comfortable good room service. breakfast not satisfying as lack of choice very average.

前台小姑娘辦理入住挺熱情的。節後開工趕車，凌晨才到店，還幫我延遲退房，挺貼心的。酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊餐飲娛樂景點豐富，是個被忽略的寶藏酒店。無論是商務出差還是休閑度假，這裏都是不錯的選擇。

不得不説這服務真的是滿分級別💯 預訂之後就有專屬客服小姐姐來加了wx 提前問好了預計到達時間以及需求！真的十分熱情！！這次是Angie小姐姐還提前給我們拿好了隔壁四季民福的號，到酒店辦好入住過去吃時間剛剛好！！酒店整體很乾凈也很大，房間雖然不是很大但是住的很舒服！該有的都有！！周圍出行也很方便！就沖這服務這熱情下次還住這裏喲～～
