Hotel is very clean, receptionist are super helpful and warm although we know zero Chinese. They also provide free water & fruit daily. Location is right around the Sanlitun Taikoo Li and 2 metro station within 3 mins walk. Highly recommend here if you’re staying in Beijing.

Very nice hotel! With a great garden view! Smart control of everything in the room. Warm service and all your needs will be taken care as much as possible. Especially the staff Lady Mandy袁阿姨! There are also free bottle water and fruits plus the great night meal. The robot delivery is an additional fun. Will choose here again:)

Location: Very good location, very near metro station ( 100 meter in looping line 10). So convenient to take the metro to all places of interest. Take only 40min to travel to airport. If you are tourist, recommend to stay here.
Cleanliness: Very clean room, bath tub is nice and clean for a soak after a long day to tourist spot. They provide clean water and housekeeping daily.
Facilities: Bed is so comfortable and tv channels are good. Everything is touch screen mode in room. Shower is strong too. Breakfast is not extensive but it is delicious and spread is nice for tourist, both local and oversea tourist.
Services: Everyone is so polite and attentive, ranging from the receptionists to housekeeping and chef. Special mention of the breakfast auntie and night auntie whom is ever so accommodating and thoughful to make sure we ate enough and amentities in room are in good woriing order.

Bottomline: It is indeed a very nice boutique hotel. We truly enjoy our stay here. Definitely will stay here when I visit Beijing again.
For tourists, places of interest does not revolve around tiananmen area only. Travelling to scenic area at out skirt area using metro is the most convenient way. and the metro station Tuanjiehu cirles around and link to all lines that will take you to places of interest. If you travel to hotel by metro, exit C to hotel. You will not regret choosing this hotel for your vacation.
small suggestion: We wished that breakfast will end at 10pm instead of 9.30pm.

The accommodation is good, very friendly staffs, near metro but if you want to travel in traditional beijing places by metro, it's need to change metro line station 2 times. Overall is so good. Price is very suitable for your stay. The room has smoking smell for 1 night and amenity such as cotton bud is not provide. The hotel is very new and smart. near sanlitun and restaurants. Great stay 😊

Small and charming hotel, located a few steps from the metro. It has extra services such as fruit available and a small buffet dinner.
The service is very good, the receptionists helped us book the ticket to Tiananmen Square. Special mention to Mandy, the buffet assistant, for her love and attention. I would choose it again.

The coffee is great and the AI Xiaodu is very fun to interact with. The breakfast auntie Wang Jie and the supper auntie are super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very nice and contemporary, not salty as compared to typical Beijing food. All staff seem very happy working there so there is a positive vibe. Our room did not have any smoking smell at all, which is so important to us. It is indeed not big but it does boast a bidet with a blower fan ;＞). Finally it is about 400m off Sanlitun but still good for a walk and has a subway within 100m. Indeed a niche which I will be happy coming back again.

Cleanliness was not desirable when compared to hotels in North America. But you will have to adjust your standards when it comes to cleanliness in China. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom was offputting and it made me wonder if they ever deep cleaned the place with professional cleaning supplies. While I had this issue throughout my trip, in retrospect this hotel was probably one of the least comfortable in terms of shower cleanliness; for that I have to give the hotel a 3 in cleanliness.
The customer service was good if you could overlook that we had to go down to the front desk twice because of card issues, the first because the card opened another suite’s door when we mistakenly tried the wrong door. The second because our new cards didn’t open our actual door.
The location couldn’t be any more convenient. It is only a few stations away after taking the airport express into the city. That is its main redeeming quality if you’re here for a short stay, which is enough to see the main unique sights of Beijing.
They also had a robot deliver fruits to us which was an interesting gimmick found here and there in China but sometimes they can be annoyingly in the way of things.

Very nice,cosy boutique hotel situated near to metro 团结湖 entrance and also facing the main road thus added security to travelers. Allows me to check in early when I reach the hotel at 830am on a weekday. Warm reception service and quick checkin and checkout process. It also provides free supper till 12am if u happened to feel hungry at night. They do provide free fruits and bottled water at lift lobby too. I got a double bed business room but size wise rather small, u only have a small space to put a piece of cabin size luggage. I prefer the washing basin to be part of the bathroom instead of the room, water splashes onto the floor easily and making the floor wet most of the time, you have to be careful esp when you are walking with bedroom slippers ard that area. Quite impressed with the smart technology available in the room and plenty of USB socket for phone charging. Overall experience is good and worth to recommend it to friends.
