Ulasan Youjia Yaju Apartment (Beijing Guomao Branch)

A very nice spacious apartment, with many local food stores on the ground floor and subway, easy to commute, as advertised on Trip.com. We 5 adults had a wonderful stay here. Xiaoyu, the person in-charge of this apartment, is very responsive to our queries. A highly recommended place.

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment which has great location, excellent cleanliness, modern vibe, in particularly owner 番茄 was a very kind and helpful lady.

The location is great with lots of food downstairs. Very convenient to get to places too as the train station in underneath the building. Highly recommended the place to future travellers.

Amazing. Such good value. Why would you book a hotel when you can have luxury? Location a little hard to find at first but rung host who helped and was very kind. Location amazing, next to train station and great mall. Many dining options in complex. Would book this place everytime. Best place I've found in my journey across China.

The location is different from what is stated in the apps. (it is around 2km distance). The correct apartment address is SOHO Modern City instead of Youjia Yaju apartment. The operator said sorry and informed us that the address on the web is not updated yet. They paid the taxi cost from wrong address to the correct one. Other than that, it is okay. We strongly suggest the operator to update their address on the web to avoid other guests to arrive at wrong address in the future.

The apartment we booked was a 2 bedroom unit on the 27th floor. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a western style coffee machine and roasted beans. I needed some extra blankets and bedsheets for my family and they were sent to me quickly. Also, I wanted a late check-out as my train was in the afternoon. It was arranged quickly without any additional fees. Absolutely loved it and will stay here again when I visit Beijing next time!!!
