Location is superb as it’s near Metro and bus stop! Lots of eateries nearby too

DON'T BOOK IF YOU'RE A FOREIGNER! Our host was so terrified of being punished for something due to us being not chinese citizens that we hat to hide and communicate in a very specific way. The host tried his best to be helpful but it was really hard. Location is fine, apartment layout also, but it was truly dirty: dust and hairs, ventilation looked like a fury creature. Would recommend to non foreigners. The view from the bed is scary beautiful:)

A very friendly and helpful owner, the apartment has everything fridge, tv, washing machine. The apartment is clean and easy to access to metro station. Owner even provided more toiletries upon asking and service is super.

This apartment is my kids' favourite as it is homely and there's space and bed for everyone. It has very effective heating system (we experienced unusually cold winter). The washing machine has no dryer, but we were given extra hangers when requested and plenty of places to dry the clothes. Hosts were helpful and provided reasonable requests (even to the extend of buying additional cutlery). It is a relatively short (but unsheltered) walk to the metro station with many food options and necessities (supermarket) at the mall connected to the metro station.

the location is great for metro. but it depends on your luck which unit you get - my unit was dusty. the staff will also ask you to wait for him at a specific meeting point then require you to cross the street and walk 10 mins to go to the correct building.

The host is so friendly. This is a really good stay. Everything is in a perfect condition. Close from metro and supermarket. Will recommend to everyone.

The toilet door on the first floor cannot be locked and the door is slightly translucent. When my friends are showering, their silhouettes could be seen. The toilet door on the second floor is almost transparent. And there is a mirror downstairs opposite the (upstairs) toilet. This means that no one can use the toilet upstairs, as they can be seen even from downstairs. The issue was highlighted to the hotel staff, and they were quite rude about it. When I first mentioned this issue over wechat, they ignored the message and only replied to the other messages that I sent. Afterwards when I brought this issue up again, he called me and said that no one has ever feedback this issue to them so he does not see a problem. During the call, we told him that he could come down to the room to see the issue for himself and he agreed. But, he did not turn up nor did he reply to the related messages after. We checked into this hotel with 4 people and the hotel only provided 2 towels. On the first two nights I requested for 2 more extra towels. But on the last day, I forgot to request for 2 more towels. When I texted the hotel staff over wechat to request for clean towels (at 10.30pm) he called me and told me they have already got off work and I should have asked earlier. Afterwards, he guided me to the location so that I could take the clean towels myself. So do note that the services here is not 24 hours... they get off work at 10.30pm.

Very bad cleaning. There is dust here and there. And a lot of cockroaches 😭😭🪳🪳. However, the hotel manager was very friendly and kind 💖. I would like to thank the manager who helped us solve any problem immediately. But cockroaches were a big problem. Too many cockroaches!!! 😢😢 🪳🪳 🪳🪳🪳 Also, foreigners enter secretly. The manager told me that don't speak in foreign languages in the elevator and don't to go into the hotel shops. But the hotel manager was so nice. Thanks to hotel manager 😊😊
