Hotel Shunyi di Beijing

Sebuah hotel yang indah. Saya pada mulanya menempah hanya satu malam, tetapi selepas hari pertama, saya memutuskan untuk tinggal sepanjang perjalanan saya. Kakitangan hotel hebat - terbaik! Mereka berbahasa Inggeris. Mereka sangat bijak dan baik. Makanan di hotel sedap dan tidak mahal langsung. Saya mengesyorkannya kepada semua orang, sama ada orang Cina dan orang asing. Saya akan terbang kembali ke China tidak lama lagi dan menginap di VOYAGE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL (Kedai Pameran Negara Baharu Lapangan Terbang Ibu Kota) sekali lagi. 100% Saya mendoakan kemakmuran hotel, serta kesihatan dan kejayaan kepada setiap kakitangan. Terima kasih khas kepada Encik Guo dan 折月亮 saya akan rindu awak. Dengan cinta dari Rusia! Jumpa lagi nanti!

I found the overall experience to be underwhelming. This specific branch falls short of the brand’s global reputation. On a positive note, the rooms are generously sized; however, the outdated facilities and amenities are a major drawback. The hotel feels stuck in the past and would benefit greatly from an upgrade to its infrastructure.

It was a great place to stay during my layover. I had a flight the next morning, and it was my first impression of China, and I absolutely loved it. The hotel was very clean and warm, especially since it was winter. One thing I really appreciated was the real towels. It’s not something you often find in more affordable Chinese hotels, and I really liked it. The hotel was reasonably priced, and it was only a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The staff didn’t speak much English, but translation apps were our lifesavers in this situation. Haha! They even offered to help me call a taxi, but I managed to do it on Trip.com for a good price and it arrived exactly on the hour we agreed.

A truly memorable and enjoyable stay. The service was friendly, fast, and efficient. The room was clean and well-appointed. And even more amazing, my family and I received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite. Awesome!!! 😍😍😍😍😍👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is convenientlylocated less than 1 Km from the beijing caputal airport. The staff are aiper friendly and super kind and they will do everything to acom/odate guestes reqursts! There foid at hotel is very good and restaurant and bar are very nice! the gym is 24/7 open whichis an excellwnt thing! The swimming pool timing may change upon different schedules. And if you want to enjoy the west lake view of sunset and surise request for a west lake view otherwise you will get the other view which is the airport building plus a huge Wellcome to Beijing! the only thing which was not a trouble for my short stay but may e for yoh if you stay longer was that there is no self service laundry room i. hotel! There is also a massage place at hotel which I approached and bevause I was trying to book on internet they said you need advancex booking for this voucher and so I cancelled my booking. As they did not have anymore space for vouchers! Also the ahuttle to the airport leave ever hanf an hour ,I missed it but they kindly called a car which took me to the airport！ Many thanks for the excellent service and hospitaliry ,I will be baxk!☺️🌹🙏🏻

車展期間入住，新裝修的整體設施新，對比周圍一個同價位老牌酒店（車展期間）要好很多很多；設施也齊全，有冰箱、有洗衣機，點外賣也方便。不足：1.畢竟機場附近，飛機噪音還挺大，晚上很晚都有；房間門的隔音一般，能聽到電梯和走廊人説話、走動。2.連住3天，中間沒有進行衞生清潔，其中一天碰到打掃衞生的阿姨告知可以進房換一下垃圾袋，但最終也沒有。 其他方面就都挺好的了，在展會旺季能住到相對乾淨、清靜、交通方便的已經不錯了。對了外賣還被別人拿了，可是展會期間也很忙沒時間去查監控了😂

剛開業的美居酒店品質在線，環境雅緻，房間設施全新，乾濕分離衞浴，備品齊全。早餐品類豐富，性價比超高，下次出行還選這裏。

服務員靈活友善。位置3分鐘到展覽中心非常合適。設有廿四小時超市，房間空間足夠。有機械人送餐服務。又有健身房。

I have stayed at this hotel a night. I have contacted with someone and talked for 9 minutes about scheduled a shuttle bus with the phone number at Trip.com a day ago we arrived. But there was happened several things as shown below, 1. There was no one were waiting for us at the Arrival area of the airport. 2. Then we find the information desk of the Beijing Capital International airport to ask her to call to the hotel. The phone number was the same number was talking yesterday. But the reception of that hotel was now nothing about we are arriving and told her that the shuttle bus after 8:00 PM will be 100 RMB. 3. I was confused and cached taxi, so it was only 20 RMB distance. Also the taxi driver was trying to have more money. So I gave him 30 RMB. 4. The reception of that hotel was completely nothing understand in English and seemed have no possibility to discuss about this happen. Also didn't explain us anything about breakfast time, wifi password, dining places, working time of swimming pool and sauna, also shuttle bus to the airport. 5. We have arrived at 8:30 PM, and we needed to have dinner and asked a guy from hotel about where to find restaurant and he called us a taxi and told us will be call a taxi for us, so we changed our Wechat addresses. Then the guy wrote us to catch a taxi yourselves from the street. Then restaurants cashier said no to us to call a taxi. 6. So we go out and show the hotel address to several taxies, but no one knows that address. So we walked and luckily asked a taxi who tried hard to find the hotel address and found it after long time find thought applications. But the taxi asked us much more money to take us to the hotel. But that was only 10 min drive distance. 7. I called to the room service which is pushed 0 from room phone, and a lady who was speaking in English said their manager will contact me back when I told her about shuttle bus didn't arrive. Then there are no ones contacted me back. 8. I have talked with another guy who was speaking English when I get my room, with a phone of the guy who let us to our room, he said that the swimming pool and massage will be start at 10:00 AM in the morning, but it was opened 8:00 AM when I come to the swimming pool and SPA. So I wondered why customer service of this hotel working so poor. But the hotel and room was nice, but the customer service is so poor seemed for me. I just wanted to write about this for other hotel guests to be careful. Thanks, Best regards,

I had a fantastic stay! The service was outstanding and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They truly made me feel at home from start to finish. If you value great hospitality and a helpful team, this is the perfect place to stay.
