Hotel di Kawasan Madian, Beijing

The hotel excels in its customer service. All the staff are friendly, responsive and attentive to our needs. I fell sick during the China trip and had to rest all day in the hotel. As I was a foreign tourist and did not have a local number to register for a food delivery app, I could not order food delivery. One of the staff, Miss Wang, was exceptionally helpful and patient in helping me to order food delivery several times. In addition, the staff also helped us monitor the washing of clothes and sent the washed clothes to our room via a robot. We did not have to wait at the laundry area or check the time to pick up our washed clothes like what we did in other hotels. As for the facilities, the room was clean and tidy, and equipped with the necessary furnishings and equipment. The hotel has a cosy, quiet and soothing ambience. Overall, I will recommend it for its excellent staff service and ambience.

We travelled to Beijing and decided to spend a night, last minute. The hotel was ok, was under construction 🚧.

Service was amazing! They were very friendly. The room; however, was not good. The beds were very hard. There were food crumbs on the night stand. The shower was grubby. The paint was coming off the bathroom door. The bathroom lock was broken. The towels weee very thin and worn. Location was good. A short bike ride to the drum tower and the Hutongs.

We had an excellent stay in Crystal Orange Hotel. Chance upon it as we wanted a place with laundry room. At check in, my child was given a little toy to fix while waiting for our room to be ready. It is equipped with a robot thar delivers your meituan or wai mai, usb ports for charging. My child enjoyed staying in the hotel as the design of the parent child room was cute and has a bathtub! The ability of having 2 tvs makes it easier on the family as the child can have her choice of show to watch. The breakfast spread was pretty good. Upon checking out, staff gave the little one a cute bookmark and us some snacks from DaoXiangChun. Its the thoughtful little gestures that helped us parents to have a happy child while on vacation. Would definitely stay with them again in future when we visit China.

房间非常温馨，很大床品舒適，每天都贈送熱飲和烤紅薯，房間裡面都是只能控制，手機開藍牙就可以開鎖呢，前台服務非常熱情，每天見面都會和我們打招呼，每天都問我們要不要烤紅薯，每天都可以打掃房間，房間內還有烘乾機很貼心，酒店在小區裡嗎非常安靜，外賣都可以給送到上面來，這是目前以來我住過最好的酒店，性價比很高，地理位置也不錯👍🏾

Bilik: Bilik tiga bilik nombor 202 tinggal selama 5 hari secara keseluruhan. Saya mendaftar masuk pada petang 14. Pada pagi 15hb, paip tandas bocor. Ia berbau seperti tangki biogas dan tidak dapat digunakan sama sekali. Ia telah diselesaikan dalam masa setengah jam selepas laporan. Penyelesaiannya OK, tetapi Masalah yang sama masih berlaku pada pagi 17, 18, dan 19. Saya hanya boleh mengatakan bahawa kualiti bilik perlu diperbaiki. Pengalaman perkhidmatan: Sikap biasa, mampu menjawab permintaan, tetapi tidak bersemangat Lokasi dan pengangkutan: Di Jalan Gulou, lokasi teras Beijing Sarapan pagi: Sarapan ditempah dari KFC, bukan dibuat oleh hotel sendiri Ringkasan: Hotel lama dengan lokasi yang baik dan pengalaman sederhana

酒店樓下就有護國寺小吃，可惜春節期間不營業沒吃上。 房間很乾凈整潔，白天出去旅遊回來，都能看到填上的礦泉水，清空的垃圾桶，和鋪好的床被子，回來也收穫了乾淨整潔的房間，有一個好心情。 我連續住了3天，很滿意，最後一天可以在酒店大廳寄存行李再出去玩。 過年期間買不到抽紙，求助前台，前台送了半包解決了我的燃眉之急，非常感謝。

Hotel room is abit old & not really convenient as its not near to train station. Hotel staff not helpful especially the front desk, I asked for additional disposable coffee cups they told me front desk don't have it. So if front desk doesn't have, can't u ask housekeeping to send it to my room?! Work attitude is zero as if it's not their responsibility so they don't bother. Really is different province staff attitude different!

帶媽媽來看中醫，訂了附近的這家酒店，一看這麼老的酒店不報希望，衹是圖它近，但是出乎意料哦，衞生真的毫無死角，每一處都乾乾淨淨包括窗簾後，設施以及用品都很有年代感，但是乾淨清爽不妨礙使用，惟一就是外賣要自己下去取 門口還有酒店餐廳的外賣台，味道還不錯

這家亞朵主打深睡眠，連住兩天感覺名副其實，真的睡得很好。 一進大廳就能聞到一股精油的香氣，酒店雖然是新開但完全聞不到裝修氣味，設備設施都很一流，房間有配瑜伽墊，馬桶也是輕智能帶加熱的，窗户隔音效果一流，臨馬路也完全聽不到噪音。特別喜歡的一個細節是房間的水杯，給的是咖啡店用的那種一次性防燙紙杯，方便帶一杯熱咖啡出門喝。 但是必須要説一下不足， 一是在牀頭櫃和床之間的縫隙裏有上一位住客留下的紙團，還挺明顯的，我特意沒有收，第二天再回房間，到處都打掃乾淨了，這團紙還在那裡。 二是消耗品的補充，我們很喜歡小冰箱裏送的免費茶飲，特意詢問了服務員第二天會補充，但晚上回房過後發現並沒有補充，抽屜裏喝掉的咖啡也沒補充，這在其他普通酒店都是不可能發生的事情。 三是前台服務員，我們辦理入住的時候就感覺操作不太熟練，接過我們的證件過後又去和同事説別的事情，過一會兒又説系統有點卡讓我們去旁邊坐一下。第二天晚上發現飲料沒補充後我們詢問前台，回覆我們馬上送到，實際等了半小時也沒送來，再打電話詢問，這次接電話的小哥表示並不知道有這件事，然後過了一會兒就給送上來了。 最後是深夜粥到，寫的是直到晚上十一點都有，實際我們十點到達餐廳就發現已經沒粥了，問服務員也回答説不會再續了，那我請問為啥要寫供應到十一點呢？ 總的來説我們這次其實體驗很好，亞朵的設計和理念讓人很舒服，下次出行依舊會將亞朵作為我們的首選，所以希望能在服務上注意細節，更進一步，做大做強～
