Hotel di Kawasan Madian, Beijing

We spent few days in this hotel and were amazed by the kindness of the team. They were attentive to our needs and even if we didnt speak chinese, they were able to understand us easily with a translator. (They even helped us to find a pair of glasses that we left in a DiDi by mistake). The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but still well located with few nice restaurants and commodities very close. it was nice to get back to the hotel in the evening after a busy day. Space for improvement: The bathroom seals could have been cleaner but our room was still very clean every day. I still recommend this hotel without hesitating for the team and the location.

I absolutely enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the amenities were pleasant. The room was very clean and they provided us with a fan due to us being a little warm. When we checked out, we were given a very nice parting gift which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel.

We travelled to Beijing and decided to spend a night, last minute. The hotel was ok, was under construction 🚧.

旅行之必選酒店之一，1.這家酒店在小區裏面不臨大馬路比較安靜2.離地鐵站很近步行5分鐘以內就可以到，鳥巢，水立方國家體育場，南鑼鼓巷什剎海，故宮天安門，天橋都在距離酒店一百米的地鐵八號線直達不用換乘，在北三環輔路上面叫滴滴方便，附近也有老北京美食，前台還贈送餐廳優惠券可以省一點呦，烤鴨呀-銅鍋涮肉呀呢價格平民不宰客，還有稻香村和紫光園，入住前台還送自己烤的蜜薯，還有公交景點美食推薦圖不踩雷的那種，前台服務熱情退房贈送熱飲，整體非常滿意的呀，值得推薦呦

Service was amazing! They were very friendly. The room; however, was not good. The beds were very hard. There were food crumbs on the night stand. The shower was grubby. The paint was coming off the bathroom door. The bathroom lock was broken. The towels weee very thin and worn. Location was good. A short bike ride to the drum tower and the Hutongs.

Terdapat bau semasa bilik pertama kali dibuka, mungkin dari permaidani, tetapi ia hilang selepas membuka tingkap untuk membenarkan udara masuk. Peralatannya agak lama, tetapi agak kemas dan bersih. Dua botol air setiap bilik setiap hari. Berus gigi dan selipar tidak diisi semula dalam masa, tetapi ia dihantar selepas menelefon. Air panas keluar perlahan-lahan. Terdapat banyak nyamuk, dan lingkaran nyamuk elektrik di dalam bilik banyak membantu. Overall ok. Lagipun bukan senang nak dapat harga ni dekat Stesen Metro Gulou. Terdapat kedai sarapan dan 711 di depan pintu, yang sesuai untuk menjamu selera.

The hotel has a good position especially if you want to go to The Great Wall. The staff was kind and helpful especially I want to say thanks for helping to sign up to go to Square and other my questions. Also I can recommend this hotel for travelers who like using subway and public vehicles. Room was clear and you can find 7/11 nearby.

第一次來北京玩，很高興能夠入住這麼完美的酒店，無論是酒店的環境還是前台的態度，都讓我感到十分舒適，尤其是前台梨木、水蒂、博軒的服務都特別好，有什麼物品需求前台小姐姐都基本能夠滿足。酒店服務和各項設施非常完善，地理位置和周邊環境也不錯，出門就是公交站和地鐵站，打車也很方便。非常值得推薦的一家酒店，下次來北京還會選擇這一家。

Hotel room is abit old & not really convenient as its not near to train station. Hotel staff not helpful especially the front desk, I asked for additional disposable coffee cups they told me front desk don't have it. So if front desk doesn't have, can't u ask housekeeping to send it to my room?! Work attitude is zero as if it's not their responsibility so they don't bother. Really is different province staff attitude different!

The location was very good.  Close to subway and bus stops. I asked for a non smoking room, but my room had strong smoking smell on and off.  The hotel has no smoking sign everywhere. But you can smell it all the time,  especially at elevator area. Unfortunately, my room was right around there.
