Penginapan Mercure di Beijing

Chose the hotel just the day before check in. The location is so-so - you need to use taxi most of the time (on foot you can visit The Place mall, or some othe malls nearby). Taxi is cheap, so ok. No bar in the hotel, was unexpected Breakfast is ok, much place, rather tasty. The room is ok, but very dirty windows. Just at the entrance there is a shop Jura, with Russian products and alcohol, so for some people is useful. Only 3 washing machines in the laundry, too few, always queues, not comfortable.

Our 3 nights stay was great. The room is spacious and clean. We have helped by the receptions whos name is miss orange. She was very helpful and kind. The service of the hotel was excelent.we enjoy our stay here.

Excellent location. Service is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a converted old courtyard house so keep expectations realistic in terms of size … otherwise interior design and service is excellent. Thank you team!

The hotel is new, beautiful, and modern. The only disadvantage is its location. If you are visiting the city for the first time as a tourist, it will take at least 40–50 minutes to reach most of the main attractions. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of both European dishes and local cuisine. The reception managers were extremely helpful and attentive. They assisted us with everything we needed, even helping us order food delivery at 1 a.m.

The hotel is located in a new neighborhood close to a metro station. The room is spacious and clean, but the lighting is very poor. There is a stove in the room, but no kitchen utensils or cookware for preparing meals. Breakfast is included, but the selection is quite limited, consisting mainly of eggs, pastries, rice, and fruits

**首都國際機場美居酒店點評** 出差轉機選了這家美居，體驗超出預期。酒店位置極佳，離客運大樓很近，還有免費班車來回機場，趕早班機完全不用慌。大堂設計現代大氣，前台辦理入住高效，服務人員態度親切，還主動幫忙升級了房型。 房間乾淨整潔，隔音做得尤其好，幾乎聽不到飛機起降的聲音，床墊軟硬適中，對於趕飛機的旅客來説太重要了。空調、熱水都很給力，Wi-Fi速度快且穩定。早餐品種豐富，中西式都有，還能吃到現煮的麪檔，性價比不錯。 周邊吃飯選擇不多，但酒店自己的餐廳出品不錯。唯一小遺憾是高峯期班車需要提前電話確認班次。總體來説，無論是中轉過渡還是趕早班機，都是非常值得推薦的選擇，下次還會入住！

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Beijing Downtown. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a good gym and excellent facilities. One of the highlights for us was the laundry area, with very good washing machines and dryers. This was extremely convenient during our trip. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options and very good quality. The staff were also very helpful and flexible. They kindly allowed us some flexibility with our check-out time, which made a big difference for us and was greatly appreciated. Another very special touch was that our son celebrated his birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised him with a birthday cake and a lovely child-friendly decoration. It was a very thoughtful gesture that made the day even more memorable for our family. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and it had a beautiful enclosed glass balcony, something we had never seen in any other hotel before. It made the room feel even more special and was one of our favorite features. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Beijing. The service, facilities, comfort, and thoughtful attention from the staff made our stay truly special.
