Hotel berhampiran Xiantai Tourist Sites, Beijing

再次入住這家秋果了，雖然不大但很精巧。這次遇到的前台的小姐姐簡直把客户寵上天了，非常暖心和貼心。雖然有個別設施會因為時間關係老化一些，但整體環境和需求滿足上都是充分有餘的。btw：衞生間玻璃門上的中英文古代建築知識總是能忍不住讓人停留看很久….😂 冬天太蕭瑟了，那就放一張我上次來住時，在庭院閑坐拍的照片吧。

交通便利停車方便，早餐很豐盛，房間裏還配有加濕器比較舒適，衞生間很大乾濕分離，如果換成智能馬桶就更好了。

The room is friendly for a family. We were agreed to check in in the morning after a long journey which was a big help! Appreciate.

房間很智能，窗前和洗澡間都有音樂控制器，但是研究半天不知道咋用，還好有智能音箱，很有氛圍。而且新酒店房間也很乾凈，就在一個醫院樓上，門比較不好找，房間設施和智能化都很好，但是很不隔音，晚上一兩點隔壁家小孩不睡覺看動畫片，早上五六點就有人吵鬧，樓道吵得挺清楚的，其他都很好。

The toilet bowl cannot flush with toilet paper in it. Need to call plumher to clear. Fridge not connected to plug and reception unwillingly ask technician to go up to plug for us. When we take shower, the water flooded the wash basin area.

A classic older hotel that i keep going back to. The carpets are stained, the breakfast buffet pretty boring (especially as it doesn't change) but it's got character...and a good gym ;). Easy access to the subway, great service from the staff, nice gardens to explore.

If I did not know better, I would suggest there is a scam going on at this hotel . . . . I booked a room with Lake View, High Floor (11 - 26), 32m² size - Upon checking in to the hotel, I was told that my requested room type was not available but as compensation, they had upgraded me - Good news 👍 I go to the upgraded room - Low floor, city view, small room - Certainly not an upgrade! I immediately went to reception and expressed my concerns about this room upgrade and was advised that all of sudden, without expectation, my requested room type was now available - Amazing! The hotel is very ostentatious, but it is really just for show and has little substance behind it, as it is a shambles - The room quality is poor for a hotel with such grand ideals - Poorly maintained, worn and regarding some of the technology, outdated, The worst was breakfast - Absolute carnage as there was no organisation or control of breakfast diners by the staff - They allowed customers into the dining room even when there was no space for them, and this results in people wandering around with food looking for somewhere to sit. Tables were not cleared promptly, food serving areas were not tidied or cleared promptly either - To make it worse, parents allowed there children to 'play' with the coffee machines, which meant that customers had to wait - Again, staff did nothing to prevent the children playing. If you intend to stay at this hotel my recommendations are - 1. Make sure you get the room you have booked and pay for 2. Inspect the room before accepting 3. Go to breakfast either early or late to avoid the carnage Location is just OK - Nothing within walking distance, but a short taxi ride away There are many, many better quality and better value places to stay in Beijing than this hotel . . . . .

這家酒店太棒了！位置絕佳，出行方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施一應俱全且品質高端。服務更是一流，工作人員熱情周到，有求必應。餐飲豐富美味，無論是早餐還是其他餐點都讓人滿意。在這裏住得非常舒適，完全配得上五星好評！

Good hotel near the school. Room is small but sufficient for having a good sleep. The room service people were also very patient and very nice to us.

Without considering the set-up of other rooms, I would suggest the following: 1. Put a glass-wall between the shower and the toilet pot. When taking a shower, water spills on the whole shower space, on top of the toilet pot. This requires the guest to clear the pot after shower. Tedious it is.
