Hotel berhampiran Xishuiyu Tourism Scenic Area, Beijing

房間很乾凈，而且窗户明亮，光照很好； 空調、暖氣很足，熱水也出得很快； 第二次住這家酒店了，都是出差過來住的，總體感受很好，服務熱心，早餐也比較精緻。 下次出差應該會繼續選擇這邊的秋果。

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone! From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. The front desk staff were not only fluent in English but also incredibly welcoming and committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless, with clean bedding and well-maintained facilities. The soundproof windows were a pleasant surprise—I was so close to the airport, yet I didn’t hear a single plane. The hotel also offers free airport shuttles. One standout feature was the extra touches with food: not only did they provide a good and delicious breakfast buffet, but they also offered complimentary midnight snacks, which is mostly Chinese food but still a thoughtful and rare perk. I also appreciated the flexible check-out time of 14:00, giving me plenty of time to relax before heading out. This hotel delivers exceptional service and value. Highly recommended for anyone traveling near the airport—you won’t regret it!

Staff was helpful. Hotel is getting old and room was in need of upgrade and repair. Mold in the shower, dirty and worn carpet. Wall were also quite marked up. No control over AC, set to 25, can adjust, but never gets below 25. Bar closed at the 22:00. Buffet was OK. Ordering from the restaurant was not very good. Pool is nice, and hot tub would be great, but only filled the water to half under the jacuzzi jets. Obsessively enforced swim cap policy, despite my being bald, but this ************* thing. Once beautiful hotel, now cutting corners and possibly still trying to recover from COVID. Definitely not the high star ranking I was shown.

房間整潔温馨，環境也比較安靜，服務非常好，酒店服務非常熱情周到，比如幫我免費打印等等，前台小范服務態度非常好，感謝！推薦入住！

來這邊出差入住的酒店，房間設備都很新。服務前台小姐姐服務很熱情。辦理入住的時候還送了一份果盤。房間內的衞生很乾凈，幾乎沒什麼味道。而且還有小度，非常方便。百歲山和可樂雪碧都是免費喝的。酒店旁邊的池塘很漂亮，夏天的話荷花盛開一定會更美噠。

Great service and really good cleaning. The breakfast is also nice and the staff is really helpfull. The location is good, very close to lines 14 and 15 of the subway.

We were given a room with cigarette smell and got changed instantly. Shower room and toilet are separated and spacious. Clean and comfortable beds, friendly staff and efficient service. MTR and bus stops are nearby and it was easy to get a taxi too. Will stay again next time.

這次是來北京看李常超演出！！酒店離福浪livehouse很近~房間很乾凈，投屏和WiFi都很好用，浴室和洗手枱分離，還有智能馬桶，入住體驗還是蠻好的，唯一美中不足的可能是窗户不能大開，不過也還好啦，這兩天天氣都很不錯~（ps：給我辦理入住和退房的前台小哥哥嘴巴有點幹，記得多喝水喔

晚上十一點多入住，攜程上備註不要角落房，辦入住時也強調了，但上樓走了好遠才到房間門口，竟然還是個尾房……（難怪入住時小哥求助了同事，大膽猜測一下，是問同事這樣開會不會有事） 最可恨的是經過長途跋涉過，房卡竟然刷不開！第一次遇到住酒店，房卡刷不開房間的情況。 接着聯繫前台，換了一個樓道中間的房間，我主動問，才知道降了房型。雖然不差幾塊，但這種情況是否需要提前説清楚，客人是否有知情權？？？小哥説需要問經理怎麼處理。等到快入睡了，小哥來敲門讓取消攜程訂單，具體這間房明天去前天付。但因為太晚就沒操作就先睡了（後來才知道原來店裡的價格比攜程貴一些，好在沒管） 第二天早上不到七點傳來電鑽的聲音，陸陸續續、有遠有近，真是難忘的一晚！一個新酒店就這麼看人下菜碟。

房間一進去就給人很乾凈整潔的感覺。很好，確實超預期了，定之前也看過很多酒店的評論，擔心訂到那種臟亂差的房間。所以先在網上搜尋北京的酒店，不免有很多打廣告的。但是選了這家牡丹賓館，因為是真實遊客分享的，而且攜程評論區差評比例低。就下定決心定這一家了。國慶期間性價比高，房間也不小，正正好。離地鐵站近，牡丹園站A口不用過馬路，B口就在馬路對面。總之一切都挺方便的，前台服務也OK，讓送浴室用的拖鞋，機器人送上來。退房後寄存行李也OK，挺好的。
