Good hotel for business people

Very good hotel, and nice people and nice service

Location is perfect but the hotel needs for some refurbishment , but overall is good choice

Overall, I am quite satisfied with it, and there is no peculiar smell. However, it is not close to the beach, so if you consider the scenery, you can take a look.

Facilities: Not new, acceptable Cleanliness: very good, cleaned every day Environment: There is the sea outside the window🌊, the scenery is beautiful Service: There is no parking lot, which is inconvenient. There is an additional fee for asking the hotel to park for you.

It's okay, it's very close to the downtown area, and it's quite convenient to travel. Breakfast is also good, but it's recommended to add some other hot food, such as fried rice, fried noodles, etc.

Central location for shopping & restaurants, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly & attentive staff, great Gym, lovely breakfast, Self and my wife enjoyed our stay. wi-fi in the room was excellent. The Business Centre provided all facilities to work after my office hours and on Sunday. Would certainly return soon.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID I am outraged at the appalling customer service I have received. I reserved a non smoking room and also on the website the hotel advertised itself as having a gym. This hotel is clearly not smoke free as the corridors and room stank of cigarette smoke I was also told the gym is not part of the hotel so I would not be able to use it during my stay as it was shut on weekends. I have not received a refund despite numerous emails for this terrible false advertising. Terrible. Outraged.

Highlight​ of my stay here is breakfast​. Huge selection of buffet​ with egg station. After a couple of days of ​"Meat ​Days​", I ​was quite happy to eat warm veggies for breakfast​. ​One morning, I wasn't hungry yet for breakfast but wanted to have a cup of coffee in my room first, so I went down with a mug in my room to get coffee but they welcomed me with a happy smile. I went back to my room with a cup of coffee. Actually the coffee tastes very good. Very modern hotel As I had to kill time a bit after I checked out, I was sitting in the lobby. It was very nice with AC and lots of sofas. More importantly, I was still using their wi-fi. - Water pressure is ​very good - Hot water shower - Hair dryer - Fridge - Mini bar - Wifi - AC There is a gym next door, which you can use. I think almost every room has a great view except one room each floor.. There should be 11 rooms on each floor. Only 1 room on each floor doesn't face the ocean. I stayed here twice and got a different room. The 1st night was excellent with great views but on the 2nd night, I got a smaller room with limited view (no ocean),,, How unlucky ! Check-out is 1200 but you can extend your stay up to 1400 if you request. When I asked reception how much, she replied that it always varies.

I only had one night here, but the shoer time spent there was excellent. Early check in was very much appreciated. Reception staff were polite and very helpful. Into the room, it was was very spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped and gave nice views across the city skyline. The large bed was comfortable and gave a great nights sleep. Hotel staff also arranged a taxi to the airport for me at a reasonable price, which was very much appreciated. Definitely would recommend for a stay in Beirut.

Recommend. Nice location. friendly staff. Clean Calm nice view from the 18th floor Spent 3 nights . Near shopping area and restaurants. you can walk down to the sea for a walk at the sunset. Near AUB MC
