Hotel berhampiran Aire de repos, Bejaia

Clean, spacious and very comfortable room. A breakfast fit for a king...so much food! Best staff ever! Thank you to Linda and Karina who gave me super advice of where to visit and helped me book tours, taxi's etc. Such kindness! Thank you for all your help, recommendations of where to walk/visit. This hotel is a must stay when visiting Bejaia. I will be back!

La chambre suite était spacieuse, propre, bien chauffée et très calme même si on est en plein centre de la ville, ce qui est rare. La réceptionniste est très accueillante et nous a mis à l'aise, sans compter tout le personnel de l'établissement. La restauration est bonne, on a bien mangé et apprécié les repas pendant nos deux nuits passées au sein de l'hôtel. Un Grand Merci et bonne continuation à vous

Étant à la recherche du confort et du bien-être lors de mes séjours dans des hôtels je dois dire que celui-ci m'a agréablement surprise.J'y ai séjourné 2 nuits, et j'ai été ravie de cette escapade. On a manqué absolument de rien, tant de la part des réceptionnistes, gérant, agent de sécurité que du directeur en personne qui est d'une modestie exemplaire.Les chambres possèdent des lits confortables, et sont très spacieuses, la salle de bain est petite mais jolie. L'hotel possède une belle piscine, un sauna, un jacuzzi et un hammam. J'ai profité du sauna et du hammam.Rien à dire. Le petit-déjeuner est servi copieusement, et le personnel est au petits soins.Le diner était gastronomique, chapeau bas! Seul bémol, le manque d'insonorisation dans les chambres.Pour le reste je mets la note de 5. Il manque quelques photos que je rajouterai plus tard. J'en profite pour remercier tout le staff du personnel, en particulier le directeur( super gentil), Mounir( aux petits soins) Adlane( toujours un mot gentil), Fateh ( toujours de bonne humeur) , et le chef cuisinier ( vous méritez des étoiles) pour avoir rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Ma prochaine visite sera à l'hôtel Raya, lorsque je reviendrai à Bejaia. Merci encore une fois.

Hôtel mignon ayant respecté la nature , construit dans la roche et se fendant au décor.. Rien à dire si ce n’est les odeurs d’égouts émanants des sanitaires.

I booked at the Novotel Hotel in Setif, Algeria on May 27th 2023 for 5 nights. I am a platinum level member with Accor- which means I stay a lot with Accor. Most hotels have issues but this this Novotel has huge issues: 1. They lie. They put me in an executive room when they told me that they upgraded me to a Junior Suite. Also I asked for sleepers but they said they don’t have those in this hotel. When I complained on my last day about other issues, slippers miraculously appeared in my room. 2. They give only one Towel, one coffee per night no matter what you request or beg. 3. Only one lemonade per stay. 4. The bath robe was brought on the first day then taken away again. 4. You cannot talk to management before 10 am, because they don’t show up until them or perhaps the staff is too scared to tell them. 5. Whatever you ask for ( eg a good coffee), they make sure that you can pay for it before they bring anything. I asked for a little salt and it was given to me in an aluminium paper instead of a normal salt container ( because it was after 10.30 pm). Very strange behavior. 6. All staff seem to be scared and take no initiatives 7. All management is absent. I am still shocked from my stay at this hotel. The senior Manager ( who was sent from France) should be fired first. New manager should bring new management team and new staff. From there I stayed at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe. Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Perhaps new management at Novotel should be sent there first to learn how to deal with customers, especially loyal customers. I will never stay at any accor hotel again in Setif. It is a disgrace to the accor brand.

Des le chek in rapide on sent le professionnalisme et les compétences de Mr elwafi et Mme Katia pour bien accueillir le client et créer une certaine convivialité avec le client, dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu (un grand merci pour Les techniciens de surface pour le bon boulot).

Well positioned hotel, impeccable room, excellent breakfast. We stayed only one night but we were impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly staff. It has the advantage that it is positioned close to the mall and tourist attractions. I warmly recommend it.
