Booked this hotel for Bekasi Marathon event at Stadium Patriot, it was a walking distance to the stadium only 10 mins. Everything was alright, AC, TV, and Wi-Fi were working well. For my room type, I got Netflix which can be easily connected through your Netflix account.

Lantai toilet lama keringnya 5. Fasilitas onsen tidak dibuka 6. Kolam renang baiknya di ksh atap karena supaya adem. 7. Ukuran bathup kurang besar 8. Sikat gigi letoy

Saya menggunakannya sebagai cadangan dari rakan. Sukar untuk masuk kerana pengangkutan yang tidak selesa. Tidak ada kemudahan berdekatan. Sekiranya anda mahu diam, itu bagus.

This hotel located not far from Jababeka industrial area. Actually this hotel is very good. The room was clean, the breakfast was good. But unfortunately the hotel was very quiet like there was no life because the occupancy was low. I only saw one guest in the lobby. During the breakfast I only saw like three tables only. I like the hospitality of the staffs and also they applied health protocol to make me safe. I might come back one day there. It is a good hotel to stay away from a while from crowd.

New and clean room, best services, staycation with familiy however since the hotel is still new the facilities is not complete.

Location was good, rooms were great. But what stood out most was the sincerity and follow-through behind the amazing service provided by exemplary staff from the hotel. During my stay, Hotel Staff members Mr Fuad, Miss Indah and Miss Adira were especially attentive and patient in their service. Moreover, the hotel's breakfast is not to be missed either. Miss Gea's service and professionalism from the restaurant team is also to be highlighted and praised during my monthly stays.

Nuanza hotel by far is the most outstanding Hotel we have spent the night in. Best hotel in its class what so ever. Saya dan keluarga bersama anak2 hampir tidak menemukan cacat di hotel ini, terutama disisi maintenance dan kebersihan Hotel. It feels like 7 star hotel with economic price. Ini hotel paling keren, cozy, mewah dikelas nya. Hampir ngga ada cacat nya.
