Ficar hospedado alguns dias (e noites) no Bristol Umarizal foi uma experiência interessante. Quarto bastante espaçoso, chuveiro muito bom, e o mais importante: cama confortável, com duas diferentes opções de travesseiro (prezo muito os mais macios!). Checkin e checkout rápidos, recepção profissional e simpática, além de um "desayuno" bom e variado nos convenceram que em próximas viagens a Belém este hotel será nosso endereço preferido.

Achei o hotel com um custo benefício bom. Entretanto tive um problema com a utilização do cofre, aonde o mesmo não funcionava. Então, acredito que antes de se entregar o quarto ao hóspede deve estar tudo revisado. E deveriam caprichar um pouco mais na limpeza.

The breakfast is very good. There is a lot of variety of dishes next to the usual bread. A lot of different desserts, juices etc. And each day it is a bit different so you do not get bored. The location is ok. There is a supermarket right across the hotel. The boulevard mall is about 900metres from the hotel, so you can walk. The neighborhood felt safe. There was an issue with the cards you need to enter your appartment and use the elevator, but the staff was very friendly and helpfull which compensated for the issue. 2 people at the reception spoke fluent english and the others really did their best. Which is great. The wifi worked well. There is a fitnessroom. The only thing i wish was different was the size of the bathroom. I had a standaard double room. For example The toilet would get wet if you opened the tap at the sink. But that is just a minor thing but other than that, i would recommend it to others.

The WiFi worked great. This stood out to me because the previous hotel had terrible WiFi. Breakfast was good and staff there very attentive. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Workout facilities were good.

Localização muito boa, café da manhã muito bom bem completo. Único coisa q não gostei achei o banheiro pequeno. Em volta do hotel tem supermercados, restaurantes e uma praça com barraquinhas que vende guaraná parecido com milkshake. Muito bom o atendimento do pessoal.

O isolamento acústico dos quartos é bastante fraco, outro ponto que incomoda muito é que os hóspedes batem à porta para trancar… após as 6hrs da manhã não se consegue dormir. O café da manhã é ok, tem tudo o que precisa(frutas, bolos, mingau de tapioca, etc) Os banheiros de modo geral precisam de uma reforma, se passam até por um pouco sujo.
