Room & hotel are great. Clean, polite staff, great location. Just do not make the mistake of eating in their restaurant! Ordered meals at 19.10 food finally arrived a whole hour later. The mixed grill was a major disappoin**ent. Gammon all fat, steak all grissel. Egg was a mess. Pineapple was burnt! Chips were greasy. Others in the restaurant were complaining and one man got his whole bill refunded after the waitress told him they had no chef that night! The waitress knocked a few quid off our bill but we had waited so long and the food was so bad it really was too little too late!

The hotel is good value. Well situated and is very convenient for the city centre. The staff are helpful and attentive. I would like to say a special thank you to Bonita whose recommendations for restaurants and golf courses proved invaluable.

A reasonably priced hotel in a good location. Comfy bed and pillows and a decent shower. Bonita on reception knows the city well and gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Excellent hotel good location, all the staff were very friendly, good car park at Charlotte Street approximately two hundred yards away and cheap to park overnight.special mention for Bonita for her help and advice on golf courses and pubs, bars and restaurants in Belfast.

The room was perfect for 2 people, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean, our only real issue was the breakfast the next morning, very poor choice and the quality of food was just okay
