Hotel yang indah. Sedikit kecewa semasa ketibaan kerana saya dinasihatkan lebih jauh ke bilik saya yang perlu dibayar pihak hotel ingin mengambil bayaran lanjut dari kad saya sekiranya bilik itu rosak, namun keengganan saya untuk membayar ini dikendalikan dengan baik oleh kakitangan. Hebat di bar laman web. Bilik yang sangat bagus dan pemandangan yang hebat.

Beautiful hotel! Clean, elegant and rooms were spacious! The staff were great too - gave our 7 year old a token to select a treat on arrival and colouring pack! The bar area is lovely and live music one night was a super touch. Location near the river and the market which was great, also good for getting to Titanic museum!!

The hotel is very close to the city airport but it doesn’t provide car parking.

It was a great stay, easy walk to shopping centers and St George’s weekend market is just a stone throw away. Coffee shop (Nero Express) just outside the hotel and lots of bus stops around making things a lot easier if you’re going to different places. But everything is walkable so there’s no need to actually take the bus. Thank you Hilton Belfast!

Very nice stay near city centre and right by the sea side. Enjoyed the bkf spread. Oxford Street car park is just right next to it.

The hotel itself is nice, a bit worn in some places. We‘ve stayed 3 nights, not once the room was cleaned properly (we’ve had to ask several times for the daily room cleaning). The room itself was nice. Don’t bother with breakfast, it was not worth the money. There is room for improvement for the hot food, cold cuts , cheese selection and fresh fruits… Generally a good stay, but some room for improvement!

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect fir a weekend away

The hotel and (most) staff were amazing. My wife and I went for an overnight to visit the city. We have been using Trip.com for our travel needs since 2017 and have never had any issues. We pre-booked and paid for our stay in advanced. Upon arrival we were told that our card had been declined and that we needed to pay again. I tried to explain that that was not the case, but the receptionist insisted so I figured I had made a mistake and went ahead a paid (a second time) for our room. During our stay I double checked our accounts and again confirmed that all had been pre-paid in advanced so upon check out I again brought up the issue and was again told that I was in the wrong. It wasn't until a few days later that I called in again and got the issue corrected and my second and unnecessary charge was refunded. We forgive the mistake but the dismissive nature of the staff when we were trying to explain our situation was completely unprofessional and what you would expect from an establishment of this calibre.
