Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. The only limitation is there is no shower gel bottle in the shower room. It requires you to open the door to get it from the basin. I hope there is improvement in such design.

Very Clean, but definitely a budget hotel. Room did not even come with a hairdryer. Bed was okay. Local was pretty good, easy to walk to see everything.

Great location, small but clean room, friendly and helpful staff. I like the mattress, the best I had in UK! Room is small and doesn’t have kettle, but you can always have free hot water and coffee in the lobby which is so considerate!

Very good place and nice staff. The room is relatively small and two beds too close. But overall worth the price, would recommend.

Well, it wasn't bad, bad the only thing I was happy about was they did have not got Kittel in rooms just to make tea, also the bunk bed was not comfortable I rather have a normal single bed on the flour.

The location of the hotel is splendid. It is accessible and near to the city and i can definitely say its one of the affordable places to stay in the city centre. The service was good and the people were really sweet. Everyone at the reception was welcoming. I wasn't a big fan of the way the toilets and bathrooms are structured. Plus although they had unlimited coffee, we had to go to the reception (would prefer a kettle at the room instead). Moreover hairdryer and extra pillow are all available but you need to ask the reception. These aren't the staffs problem but just the hotel in general.

This hotel is really good. And we had a really good experience. However, the last night we suffered from the out of power of the electricity. And we waited for around 1 hour, the staff fixed it.

Specifically asked for a high level double bed room - my request was not fulfilled. I had terrible extra upstairs bed looming over me. No proper shampoo (there's only one shampoo/body wash) with terrible water pressure (i.e. level to the point it is very difficult to shower). Parking - despite given the ticket did not work and was asked to pay full price for the parking. People at front desk are nice but does not speak fluent English which was hard to communicate with. Lounge is not great either. One of the worst hotel experience ever had and find it to be extremely expensive the quality I've gotten. It definitely feels more like a hostel and would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you're expecting hostel quality service. Would definitely not consider it to be 3 star.
