Hotel San*** is in dire need of rennovation and upliftment. Contradictory to what is claimed by the Hotel, San*** is no where close to a two star hotel. Factors such as the Hotel staff not knowing their own WiFi password, room ceilings peeling off, Cobwebs in the hotel corridors, poor air conditioning (only window AC) housekeeping and Reception are absolutely backwards in communication, absence of noise cancelling windows, meaning that traffic sounds can be heard 5 floors up, furthermore the rule of hot water being available only from 6:00 AM to 12:00PM, poor menu selection and absence of non-veg(Con for some) all contribute to the above mentioned preceding sentence. Bathroom amenities and fittings are extremely old, worn out and out of date, the toilet rolls are halfed and the soaps and shampoos are rationed to only one per room, which is very a mizorly act. Urge the concerned authorities to kindly look into if the said hotel is still worth of Two Stars. Hotel San*** not even in competition with other 2 star hotels and the amenities and services they provide. A lot can be done considering the hotel occupies a prime location in the city and if worked on without a doubt could thrive and excel.
