The best surprise. The hotel rates itself 3 stars but I think it underestimates itself. The room was spacious and super clean. The toiletries were well equipped. The breakfast was superb. The location was convenient for a transit. Love the hotel. Difitnitely recommend it!

I left because the room temprature was constantly between 23/25. Because of the central heating they couldn’t change it. It was way to hot to sleep :(

A little difficult to reach from the airport, but a superb customer service experience, and 24/7 dropoff service back to the airport (for a 20 EUR fee). Had a great sleep before heading out on an early flight the next morning.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful, view on the skyscrapers of Belgrade Hotel, very luxurious, classy and refined place with luxurious room, one of the best hotels in Belgrade 

Very poor service, too overbearing. The glass in the bathroom exploded. Left two of us covered in bruises. No concern. Very cold. Going to file a complaint online.

The hotel is nice, very close to the airport, but a little far from the old town. There is a bus stop at the door, but it is very troublesome to buy tickets, and it is not very convenient to take a taxi. You can only ask the hotel waiter to help call a taxi, and you can only pay by card. The hotel waiter is friendly and tries his best to meet our requirements. There are many Chinese restaurants and Chinese supermarkets around, and parking is also convenient.

The form is more important than the content. It is OK to stay temporarily, but not for a long time.

It feels like it's run by Chinese people, equivalent to Hanting level, clean and sanitary, half soundproof, located in the suburbs of the city, near the hotel and many Chinese people and Chinese casinos, karaoke bars, etc. There is a bus stop at the door to the city and the airport, which is very convenient. Overall recommended
