It was a good stay overall. My only negative feedback was loud construction noise that occurred from 8 am to 5 pm daily due to the building renovations and expansions.

My hotel room safe did not work and was broken so they needed to install a new safe box which they did in a timely manner and apologized for. The check in and checkout was an easy process but my favorite part of the hotel was the restaurant. I sat at the bar each day because i was by myself for my trip and Marlon was amazing. I ate the stir fry and had some cocktails one day and took the pork chops and salad another day back to my room. Thank you for the great experience and see you soon !

Property undergoing construction and addition. Area a bit messy despite located right by the water and close to many local restaurants. The hotel itself seems dated in its decor. But the staff was friendly. The restaurant seems nice but only had breakfast, which was complimentary. Less against the hotel but there just not much to do in Belize City. Next time, go directly to the intended destination rather than spending the night.

Nice hotel. Lots of construction currently (the rooftop patio was unavailable, and they are expanding and building a pool, which is great, but our view to the ocean was greatly obstructed by consruction). Excellent service and clean room.

I liked the bed and the room is spacious and nice. HOWEVER, it was not easy to get to sleep early for our morning excursion because of the construction outside our window and noise from the restaurant directly above us.
I attempted to change my room with the front desk within an hour of being checked in and they said they couldn’t accomadate my room switch.
Other hotel cons:
No band aids
No pool
No swimmable ocean anywhere around
Cold shower water first night stay then was uncontrollably hot after they fixed the issue.

I scheduled the wrong day. The front desk caught my mistake and without any hassle, they changed my reservation for me. They did not have the room that I booked available, but they gave me an upgraded room at the same price I booked. They went out of their way to fix an error that I made. GREAT customer service!!!!

So there is no pool ,the ice machine was down . My room had a leak and my friend ended up falling due it so they did upgrade the room. There isn’t much to eat or do around the hotel you have to keep getting paying a taxi to go to the docks buying a water taxi ticket to go to the island for the beach so just save the money and go stay on the Caye caulker or San Pedro island . Also the room service/hotel resturant is super expensive the local food is way cheaper and better
