We checked in on 25 December and were assigned a room with no heat, needless to say it was a very cold nigh. The next day we transferred to another room with no help in moving to the other room. I feel that I should have been compensated for being in a frigid room. Jessica, the manager said we made one mistake, in fact they made two—why would you rent a room with no heat and not immediately transfer us to another room. The only people that engaged us at all was receptionist and Monica, the lady that sets up the breakfast room. Will have to consider other lodging on our next trip North.
