Stayed over Carnaval. The breakfast we very good and provided enough options. The restaurant also had very good wood oven pizza. The room was spacious. The sauna was very clean and well-maintained.

Great stay, very good hotel, wonderful restaurant, excellent and fast room service.

Good value for money. Very thin walls, though. The child on the other side could be heard screaming all the time. The room had the charm of a youth hostel dormitory. Breakfast was average but OK. I would have expected a bit more from a Hilton Garden Inn.

I tried to change the date or cancel the reservation with Trip and the hotel itself (sending the requested supporting documents), because my 1-year-old son was diagnosed with pneumonia and was unable to travel, extremely symptomatic, with a recurring fever and productive cough, in addition to desaturation. But neither of the two establishments changed the date or canceled the reservation, causing me to lose the amount invested. They did not have the slightest bit of empathy for the situation. I am extremely disappointed and in disbelief with the situation.

I am extremely upset with my reservation. They put me in a room that was inferior to the one I had booked, and it didn't even have a shower stall. I forgot an item in the room and called right after checking out and the attendant was extremely rude, saying that she couldn't give it to me because it wasn't a weekday. The forgotten item hasn't been found yet (it's been 3 days). The only saving grace is the breakfast. I don't recommend it.

The hotel itself is very good. Our biggest problem was the rudeness of the restaurant manager who refused to provide us with fruit and yogurt the night before when I explained that we had to leave much earlier than the scheduled breakfast time due to a traditional city running event that we were going to participate in. This happened even though the rate included breakfast, which we did not use, and there was no discount on the final price. Even though the restaurant is an outsourced service, this disqualifies the hotel.

Horrible service, they brought cold food, I requested breakfast in the room and it was horrible, there were no scrambled eggs or omelet, they sent two cheese breads, one salt bread and a slice of cheese, I didn't go down because I have a problem with my leg, it was horrible, the rooms are small, the only thing I liked was the cleanliness, I will never go back or recommend it to anyone
