Gostei muito da hospedagem. Custo x benefício ideal.Funcionários simpáticos. Café da manhã achei ótimo. Fui a trabalho. Pra descanso e deslocamento foi perfeito. Só senti falta de tomadas no quarto e o cobertor não estava com um cheiro agradável. Fica a poucos metros da praça 7. Usei o estacionamento conveniado , R$ 40,00 a diária com o desconto do hotel. Com certeza voltaria e indico.

O quarto não é muito grande, mas o suficiente p acomodar muito bem 1 pessoa ou 2 pessoas com pouca bagagem.
Eu considero a localização muito boa tb.
O café da manhã é muito bom e superou a expectativa.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many small shops and restaurants. Nice modern design. Small pool on rooftop. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Minha reserva não foi identificada pelo hotel. Cheguei às 17:50 para fazer o chekin , mas a atendente não reconheceu minha reserva e recusou a entregar meu cartao de acesso ao quarto. Informaram que até mais tarde a reserva seria localizada. Quando retornei de madrugada novamente fui informado que minha reserva não foi localizada, causando grande desgaste. Após muito debate, o acesso foi liberado.A estadia foi totalmente comprometida, sendo que desejo o ressarcimento do valor gasto

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. PPengguna TetamuEstive em BH em Junho de 2023 para participar de um processo seletivo e acabei ficando alguns dias a mais. Posso dizer que a experiência de ter ficado no Br Hostel foi excepcional! Bom custo-benefício, local bem limpo, organizado e conta com uma ótima estrutura. A localização é privilegiada, em um bairro tranquilo e seguro. Nos arredores, conta com uma grande variedade de restaurantes e serviços como supermercado e farmácia. Alguns dos principais museus e atrativos turísticos da cidade estão a poucos minutos a pé do Hostel. Atendimento nota 10!

GGabrielaSaya pergi ke sana pada Hari Valentine dan mendapati bahawa seluruh hotel berada dalam keadaan teratur, terutama pada ulang tahun seperti itu. Sangat jimat dan berbaloi! Sarapan yang kaya dan pelbagai menjadikan harga harian lebih berharga. Biliknya juga sangat bagus. Saya hanya terlepas kolam renang yang dipanaskan kerana kawasan kolamnya sejuk, tetapi mustahil untuk masuk, terlalu sejuk! Untuk hotel BH, pemanasan akan menjadi perbezaan yang besar.

Traveled to Brazil to visit family. I’ve stayed here back in 2006 just after it was opened. It was lovely. This time in 2022 April I would give it a miss. The staff were rude particularly the guy with grey hair and tattoos on his arm at reception. I first got to the room and was surprised and how dirty the whole place was. Stains on the carpet smears on the walls and when I got to my room, holes in my sheets. I then went downstairs and politely asked to be upgraded at my expense. The next room was a suite with a beautiful corner room view. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work. The next day I asked for assistance to look at it, I was told it worked. I said I was cooler in the hallway than it was in my suite. They would not provide any help. I even had my brother who spoke Portuguese sort the issue as they didn’t seem interested. This resulted in the embarrassing task of relocating to 3 different rooms and then downgrading because there was no working air conditioning in many of the rooms despite the hotel saying it worked. To mention the other issues: I was double charged for my prepaid stay on the way out. Our rooms weren’t cleaned daIly. The buffet was not to standard Although is has a great location, try the Mercure one block back… this is not an Accor hotel. It’s not up to standard.. Dirty, rude staff, bad air conditioning, unclean.

We stayed for almost ten long days in this hotel, where beds are uncomfortable and the elevators are always packed. The front desk staff is rude and will show you an attitude anytime you stop by to ask for help. During the checkout, they tried to charge us for breakfast on a day that we were actually in another city in Brazil. I had to show them the boarding passes to prove that we could not eat in the hotel because we were not in Belo Horizonte that day. They have a huge conference center that is always booked. Good luck trying to get a cab in front of the hotel. You will have to find space between the buses parked in front of the front entrance. Additionally, this hotel is on a hectic road, and the windows are not noise-canceling. Therefore, the rooms are very noisy. There is a Japanese restaurant on the premise where the service is equally lame, and the food sucks. We did not pass the appetizer because the waiter brought us the wrong beer and refused to take it back, and the tempura was disgusting. The manager is too lazy to fix that mess because they get enough money with the conferences. We are not coming back for sure!!

PPengguna TetamuI paid extra for a queen bed, instead got two single beds tied to each other. Window does not seal perfectly, so there's some small street noise coming in. There was a crack in the wall paint near the window, and the ceiling of the shower had some black mould spots showing that ventilation in the bathroom is insufficient. On the rooftop, the glass panes around the tiny pool had lots of water stains. On the bright side: the church view from the window was great, the breakfast was plenty and decent, the HVAC worked well, the location is great to visit the handcrafts fair on Sunday, and the price was okay-ish.

The hotel is simple but an excellent choice if you want a place to sleep. The bed is comfortable so are sheets and blankets, however the towels were very olds (so thin we could see through it). I’ve stayed in other budget and that was never problem, so I was very surprised by it. Anyway, as its part of a hotel chain, I believe those problems can easily be solved. It´s a place I would stay again. (Review originally written in English.)

The hotel is ok, but not adequate for a 4*. Breakfast was very poor, fruit did not look good, and not much variety of things. The AC in the room is highly annoying, very noisy, and no actual regulation. Still, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable
