Otimo hotel! O quarto não é muito grande, mas o suficiente p acomodar muito bem 1 pessoa ou 2 pessoas com pouca bagagem. Eu considero a localização muito boa tb. O café da manhã é muito bom e superou a expectativa. Valerá o retorno qdo eu precisar me hospedar novamente em BHte!

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many small shops and restaurants. Nice modern design. Small pool on rooftop. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. Minha reserva não foi identificada pelo hotel. Cheguei às 17:50 para fazer o chekin , mas a atendente não reconheceu minha reserva e recusou a entregar meu cartao de acesso ao quarto. Informaram que até mais tarde a reserva seria localizada. Quando retornei de madrugada novamente fui informado que minha reserva não foi localizada, causando grande desgaste. Após muito debate, o acesso foi liberado.A estadia foi totalmente comprometida, sendo que desejo o ressarcimento do valor gasto

hotel é super bem localizado. Muito limpo e pessoal acolhedor. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Garagem deixa um pouco a desejar... principalmente em carros maiores. num geral o hotel eh muito bom.

Hotel muito bom, com otimo atendimento (tivemos problemas na fechadura que foram rapidamente resolvidos), excelente limpeza, café da manhã bem servido, estacionamento tranquilo, localização facil e com comercio proximo (Via Brasil e algumas pizzarias, o que nos atendeu bem). Não tive problemas com o colchão, mas Renata estranhou um pouco. Um destaque vai para o isolamento acustico dos quartos, de onde não se ouve barulhos externos, mesmo estando de frente para a rua. Recomendo, especialmente para quem tem a intenção de visitar a região da Pampulha, ótimo custo x benefício!

Me hospedei por motivo de férias. O hotel tem uma vista linda, o estacionamento custa 30 reais por noite, mas se tiver um carro muito grande vai ser difícil entrar. Me deram um quarto no térreo e não consegui dormir pelo barulho: noite em claro. Quanto aos detalhes: blackout rasgado, lençol de baixo pequeno que não forrava o colchão, controle do ar totalmente sujo e grudento. O pessoal da recepção é muito educado e disponível, em quanto o gerente é tudo menos que gerente: deselegante e inconveniente. Eu não voltarei e não recomendo!
