We had a great experience at this hotel! Our room had plenty of space, no flies, clean, breakfast was good, pool was nice and clean, mattresses are have bedbug-proof covers, quiet, family-friendly atmosphere. Our air conditioner stopped functioning late one evening. We called the front desk and a repairman was there within 20 minutes. It took him less than 5 minutes to take out the old unit and replace it with a new one! Rarely do we get that kind of service anymore.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plentiful and the restaurant attached to this property was delicious and great valued. We enjoyed sitting in the spacious lobby overlooking the lake visiting with friends and the hotel's location is perfect! The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We enjoyed everything about this property

The double queen room we stayed in was surprisingly large, and exceptionally quiet considering the number of other guests, kids and the fact that we were not far from the pool and front desk. It's also convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping, while not being far from downtown or Lake Itasca State Park, which was our reason for being in the area. This was a great ”home base” for a couple of days in the area.

I stayed here one night while in the area with my dogs. They were quite accommodating in providing me a ground floor room as close to the exit door as possible for ease with my dogs. The front desk clerk that checked me in was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the A/C worked great ! So glad to have found this hotel for future trips to Bemidji.

The beds were good and slept very well. There was a good hot shower. The WIFI was adequate for personal use. The breakfast included cereal, milk, cheesy eggs, sausage and yogurt. There was enough seating for those eating. The check in process was quick and without problems. No elevator and there are 14 steep steps to the second floor.

Room was really good, did not eat breakfast. Staff at check-in was super nice, but the next morning, the lady at the front desk refused to provide me a receipt since I booked through Trip.com and I still don't have a receipt for my reimbursement.
