The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plentiful and the restaurant attached to this property was delicious and great valued. We enjoyed sitting in the spacious lobby overlooking the lake visiting with friends and the hotel's location is perfect! The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We enjoyed everything about this property

Super friendly staff. Room is spotless with soft fluffy towels, comfy bed. High end Crabtree amenities in bathroom, Kerrigan coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. We stayed in room 460 with lake view balcony. Could watch ducks and listen to Loons call. Highly recommend

The beds were good and slept very well. There was a good hot shower. The WIFI was adequate for personal use. The breakfast included cereal, milk, cheesy eggs, sausage and yogurt. There was enough seating for those eating. The check in process was quick and without problems. No elevator and there are 14 steep steps to the second floor.

Myself, daughter and two grandkids stayed one night. The decor was rustic and very, very comfortable. Our check in clerk, Frankie was a gem. She helped accommodate me as I am unable to walk stairs. We were a bit early for check in, because we had to make a wedding several miles away. She did a great job of booking us in fast. Smiling the whole time and so polite! Other people would have been irritated, but she wasn't. The pool was wonderful and swimming was fun. Ps the pool temp was perfect for this grandmother ☺️

This hotel has a nice pool, whirlpool, comfy clean rooms, and decent breakfast. The little touches like the black washcloth for makeup were unexpected & thoughtful, as was the granola bar in the afternoon/evening. Munching on chocolate chips always improves everything. The best part, however, is that the staff is just so nice. This will be the only hotel I’ll stay at in the future.

The double queen room we stayed in was surprisingly large, and exceptionally quiet considering the number of other guests, kids and the fact that we were not far from the pool and front desk. It's also convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping, while not being far from downtown or Lake Itasca State Park, which was our reason for being in the area. This was a great ”home base” for a couple of days in the area.

We had a great experience at this hotel! Our room had plenty of space, no flies, clean, breakfast was good, pool was nice and clean, mattresses are have bedbug-proof covers, quiet, family-friendly atmosphere. Our air conditioner stopped functioning late one evening. We called the front desk and a repairman was there within 20 minutes. It took him less than 5 minutes to take out the old unit and replace it with a new one! Rarely do we get that kind of service anymore.

PPengguna TetamuWe checked in late on Friday. To listen to a party of young people. They appeared to underaged. They partied until 6:30am with the hotel staff doing nothing to stop the loud parting. At 6:30 we were awoken again to a fight between the party people. This happened several times during the night early morning to extremely loud disturbances. Several got scared and express their concern of getting in trouble for being underage and already in trouble with the law. One young man was left at the hotel. We heard him throwing items around. The vacuum outside his door first thing in the morning did not encourage him to exit the hotel. My husband encountered him in the hallway with a door slam. We expressed our concern and lack of the staff of handling this situation all night long in the morning. The staff was not very motivated to get this young man out of the hotel. We finally called the police. Once the police arrived the young man wouldn’t answer the door. Once he finally did was hostile to the police officer with vulgar language. I know we should not have had to pay for our stay as there was nothing remotely acceptable about this. The staffs in action from midnight to 10am was truly NOT acceptable. Not one apology, not one consideration to the quests that had to endure this and the lack of sleep. I don’t think it was our responsibility to deal with this problem!!!!! So far not one person from this hotel has contacted us about our stay after we spoke to the front desk several times during our short stay. I would not stay here!!!!!

Iidabob5426I stayed here one night while in the area with my dogs. They were quite accommodating in providing me a ground floor room as close to the exit door as possible for ease with my dogs. The front desk clerk that checked me in was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the A/C worked great ! So glad to have found this hotel for future trips to Bemidji.
