Clean hotel

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners! We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds. Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system. The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar! Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Most professional. Beautiful gardens, lovely hotel clean and tidy. Modern with very enjoyable entertainment each evening. Most enjoyable stay that made a trip to remember with a perfect location. Nothing too much for the staff. Hairdresser on site and coffee shop too. A five minutes walk from the beach with 2 wonderful swimming pools on site.

This hotel is located in a quiet part of Benalmádena, just 820 feet from the beach. It has its own water park and offers air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony.All of the spacious rooms in Los Patos have satellite TV and practical tiled floors. Some have partial sea views.The on-site water park includes a children's pool with many water games and slides. The adult's pool also has a 4-track water slide and several other slides. There is also a poolside bar.Los Patos Hotel has a sun terrace and spacious gardens with palm trees. There is also free Wi-Fi in public areas, and a TV room.A varied entertainment program is offered, and children can enjoy the Pirate-themed mini club.Benalmádena Marina is about 0.6 mi away, where you will find plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. Málaga Airport is about 5 mi away.

Tutto fantastico, la colazione spettacolare.... Camere belle e struttura moderna... Posizione fantastica.

El personal muy atento y amable

入住全程非常不愉快，交涉1個小時才拿到房間，前台服務人員全程黑臉，言語沒禮貌。 酒店就在路邊，很大，不開i車很難到達，停車場好幾層樓都是空的，收費，很多人都沒有使用，車子停酒店周圍免費車位。 酒店很大，3棟樓，衹有一個mini游泳池🙄19點就關閉了。

La experiencia en este hotel ha sido buena ,la contratación con tric he de decir que por parte de la compañía ,hubo un error informático ,y contratamos para 3 personas ,con el todo incluido y una vez hecha la reserva y el pago ,nos enviaron la reserva y aparecía solo 2 personas ,habiendo pagado el mismo importe que por 3 personas ,estoy a la espera que me devuelvan el importe que yo tuve que pagar ,por mi hija en el hotel para que tuviera acceso al todo incluido ,me han dicho que me lo van a solucionar y a la espera estoy .

This is a 3 star hotel but should be 4 star. The rooms are clean, bathroom without any mould and a great shower. Beds comfortable I would book again without any hesitation
